The apartment is located within walking distance of the historic centre, just a short stroll over one of the bridges across the Guadalquivir.

The area surrounding the Apartment;

The Asunción Apartment is located on the other side of the Guadalquivir, it is surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars and the hussle and bussle of a more modern Seville.

But don't let that put you off, the old historic centre of Seville is but a 10-12 minute walk away, just cross the bridge and you are at the begining of the Avenida de la Constitución, home to the Cathedral and just beside that the Giralda, behind these two magnificent monumets lie the Reales Alcazares also considered a "must-see" monument. At a stone's throw from that the famous Barrio de Santa Cruz, with its quirky narrow cobbled stone streets, tapas bars and shops ...

A walk down the banks of the Gudalquivir will take you either to Triana, a neighbourhood know for its traditions and folklore. While the other bank will lead you to the Maestranza bullring and the area know as El Arenal.

Once you have crossed the bridge most monuments, churches, basilicas and squares are all within walking distance, the best way to discover Seville is either by walking or hiring a bike as there are now many bicycle lanes which makes it a lot easier!

This apartment is literally round the corner from the area where the Feria de Abril takes place!

The Apartment;

This bright spacious one bedroom apartment is on the top floor of its building.

As you enter the apartment you are in the bright lounge. This room is welcoming and has two large sofas, where guests can sit back and relax or watch some TV after a day out sightseeing or shopping.

Off this area there is a good size balcony decorated with some lovely potted plants, guests can sit out and enjoy the warm evenings. During the day if it gets too hot, as it can be very hot in Seville, there is a canopy that can be drawn over to provide that much needed shade! The table and chairs for the balcony will be made available to guest from March '08 onwards.

The kitchen is new and bright, with all the modcons the modern traveller might require. Guests will be able to make delicious meals here and sit around the table in the lounge. Please note there are no dining chairs for this table, but sofa is just the right height to be able to enjoy your meal.

The bedroom is also off the lounge, it has a large double bed, fresh linens are provided for the guests. There is a large built-in wardrobe with drawers which provides ample space for all the guests' belongings.

The bathroom is en-suite, fresh clean towels are provided for guests. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub, basin and WC.

This apartment has a really nice welcoming feel to it and it is sure to make your stay that bit more enjoyable!
