The San Román Apartment is a bright and modern two bedroom apartment in a traditional area of the centre of Seville.....

The apartment is located in an area which is normally not full of tourists, so the guest will be able to get a feel for the real Seville.

The area surrounding the Apartment;

Due to its location in the historic centre of Seville, the San Román Apartment is surrounded by beautiful old churches and squares, well worth walking around the area and at the same time guests can sample delicious home made tapas and food in one of the many local bars.

Some of the nearest places of interest include: the old city wall, the Andalusian Government Building, the Macarena Basilica and the Santa Paula and Santa Isabel Convents. Also close by are, the arts centre "Iniciarte" which is in an old church and the Pelícano Square which is home to the centre for arts and music.

But as with most of our apartments this property is really no different with regards to location. Therefore most "must-see" monuments are within walking distance, some further than others but nothing is really more than a 20 minute stroll from the apartment.

About a 20 minute walk away the Giralda, the Cathedral and the Royal Alcazar (palace well worth a visit). Five minutes from that you are at the river, with the Torre del Oro and a bit further along is the Maestranza bullring....

The main shopping area is also close by, after visiting all the great sights and monuments you can continue to walk another 10-15 minutes through the town, and you are in the main commerical area of Seville, the streets Tetuán, Sierpes and Cuna are within minutes of each other as is El Corte Inglés. Great shopping for all!

For a more modern Seville guests should take a stroll around the area of Nervión, full of bars, restaurants and also good shopping.

The Apartment;

This bright two-bedroom apartment was refurbished in 2006 and although the building has yet to be done the apartment is sure not to disappoint!

As you enter the apartment you are in an open plan area, to the right the dining area and the the left the lounge area.

The lounge is bright and welcoming, the french doors open out on to a narrow balcony which allows natural light to come into the apartment. There is large comfortable sofa and armchair where guests can sit back and relax and watch TV.

The twin bedroom is off this area, the two single beds can be pushed together should the guests wish to do so. There is a built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers for all the guests' belongings. And a large window for natural light. All windows have blinds so those holiday lie-ins are guaranteed!!!

The family bathroom is just by this bedroom, there is bath, shower, WC and basin. Fresh towels for all guests will be provided.

The kitchen is new, large and fully equipped with everything guests will need to prepare meals after being out all day. There are two supermarkets close by so guests can buy fresh food for the duration of their stay.

Just outside the kitchen is the dinning area which is good in size and guests will be able to sit and enjoy any meals they prepare. There is a large table and four chairs for your use.

Off this area is the master bedroom, this room is furnished in a relaxing and welcoming way, there is a double bed and a large amount of wardrobe space plus a large chest of drawers for all belongings, there is enough room for guests to store their empty cases in one of the wardrobes.

This bedroom has the ensuite bathroom, with shower, WC and basin, again fresh towels will be provided for all guests.

This apartment is ideal for your stay while in Seville!

the position in the centre of the city, the flamenco scholl really near the apartment, cleanliness, all the furnitures are new and very nice, including the 2 bathrooms.
