The Santiago Apartment in Seville

The Santiago Apartment is a charming and welcoming one bedroom apartment in the centre of Seville.....

The apartment is located in a recently refurbished building with a typical Sevillian courtyard

The area surrounding the Apartment;

As with most of our apartments this property is really no different with regards to location. Situated in the old quarter most "must-see" monuments are within walking distance, some further than others but nothing is really more than a 20 minute walk from the house. The Barrio Santa Cruz is a ten minute walk...

The nearest monument is the Casa Pilatos, this a small palace built in the 16th century. Then of course, about a 15 minute walk away are the Giralda, the Cathedral and the Royal Alcazar (another palace). Five minutes from that you are at the river, with the Torre del Oro and a bit further along is the Maestranza bullring....

The main shopping area is also close by, after visiting Casa Pilatos you can continue to walk another 10-15 minutes through the Alfafa, and you are in the main commerical area of Seville, the streets Tetuán, Sierpes and Cuna are within minutes of each other as is El Corte Inglés. Great shopping for all!

The Apartment;

This charming one bedroom apartment is new with a fresh and welcoming feel to it.

The bedroom has a wrought iron double bed in cream and is light and airy, fresh linens are provided for guests. There is a built-in wardrobe providing ample space for hanging belongings.

The bathroom has a shower, WC and basin. Clean, fresh towels will be hanging on ceramic hooks, made by the owner is his ceramic factory. The basin and towel rails are also hand made and painted by him.

This apartment has a new open plan kitchen, with everything you need to make great meals with the lounge/dining area just off it (guests can close the folding doors of the kitchen once they have finished cooking). This area is welcoming and comfortable with a small dining table with two wicker chairs. The lounge area also has a comfortable sofa which, should there be more than two guests, turns into a comfortable standard double sofa bed. Although this apartment can sleep up to four we think that it is ideal for two adults and maybe a third guest. (Please note there is no door in bedroom).

This is truly a great place to stay!
