At a stone's throw from the Cathedral and Giralda, the Elvira apartment has an envious location.....

This refurbished one bedroom apartment in an old building on one of the most famous squares, Plaza Doña Elvira, in old Seville is truly a little gem!

The area surrounding the Apartment;

The Apartment is on a fantastic old square in the Barrio Santa Cruz, this area of the old quarter is made up of a maze of old narrow cobble-stoned streets, each one leading to a new part of the Barrio; restaurants, bars, and fabulous old houses some which have been recently restored make up the atmosphere of what many consider to be the nicest area of old Seville.

Adding to all that is the close proximity to the Cathedral, the Giralda and the Royal Alcazar (one of the oldest palaces in Europe that is still used by a Royal Family) all these wonderful and amazaing historic monuments are literally a few minutes' walk from the apartment.... Walk a bit further and you are in the centre of commercial Seville, surounded by shops and of course more restaurants and bars, where you can sit out and enjoy a cold beer and a few tapas .....

On the other hand if you don't feel cooking in the apartment or feel like walking anywhere, the Plaza Doña Elvira has restaurants with tables outside that suround this beautiful square with its orange trees and fountain ....

Please note as no cars are allowed in the area, the owner will meet guests at the nearby square, please be aware there is a 10 minute walk to the apartment.


The Apartment;

This great one-bedroom apartment with en-suite bathroom is ideal for two people although there is a single fold out bed should there be a third guest.

This recently refurbished apartment has a brand new modern open plan kitchen, with everything you need to make great meals with the sitting room/dining area just off it. This area is welcoming and comfortable with two armchairs and dining table and chairs. There is also a small terrace which the guests can use (at the moment unfurnished).

The bedroom has built-in wardrobes and a plasma screen TV and DVD player on a stand that can also be wheeled into the sitting area. The large window looks out onto the apartment's terrace. The new en-suite bathroom has a shower and fresh towels for all the guests.

The entrance to the building retains the original old tiles and wrought iron gate with marble floors.

This apartment and its fantastic location can only make your stay in Seville even more memorable!!
