Casa Turdetana is a beautifully decorted villa with private terrace located just 8 minutes from the centre of old Seville

The area surrounding the villa;

Set in a residential area of Seville this villa has the best of both worlds, it is near the husstle and busstle of the centre but at the same time if you want peace and quiet this is the right place for your holiday!

This quiet residential area is well communicated with the centre of the city by bus and the local taxi firm is quick and reliable, (average trip into the heart of old Seville approx 7€).

There are several good restuaurants and various bars in the vecinity all serving great food, good wines and cold drinks! Ideal for strolling there and back!

The villa;

This magnificent house has been furnished and finished to the highest of standards.

As you walk through the main door you find yourself in the spacious and elegant lounge/dining area. Natural light streams through the large window giving a sense of space and tranquility. The two large sofas invite you sit back and relax or watch some TV on the flat screen, these together with the armchair and large stool provide ample seating. The modern dining table and corresponding chairs in this room are strategically situated outside the kitchen in order to make it easier at meal times.

This area also has large french windows that open out onto the furnished terrace where guests are able to sit back and enjoy the wonderful weather of Seville!

The kitchen is truly fantastic, stylish and fully equipped with all the modern appliances. Everyting you need to prepare meals is provided. This room also has great natural light, here the french windows open out to the garden.

This floor also boasts of an office, which is an ideal room should you need to mix holidays with business or if your stay is solely business. Beside this room is a half bathroom for your convenience.

Climb the stairs which are illuminated by a fantstic sklight and you are on the next floor which houses the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Casa Turdetana can accommodate up to 6 people. Three double bedroms with ensuite bathrooms and each one with its own dressing area makes this house rather special.

Each bedroom has great natural light and is furnished with two large single beds (1.05m x 2.10m) that can be separated or pushed together depending on what the guests require. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, as with the rest of the house the bathrooms are modern and stylish, each one with great natural light thanks to the various windows in every bathroom. Clean, fresh towels are provided for guests upon arrival.

The dressing areas are ideal for storing belongings and suitcases. Each area is furnished with its own made-to-measure large wardrobe.

Casa Turdetana also has the huge bonus of an outdoor area. Apart from the terrace located otuside the main room, there is also an area that surrounds one side of the house, plants and small trees provide the privacy that will ensure a tranquil and relaxing stay!!
