This great apartment is situated right in the heart of the Alameda in the centre of Seville, many consider this area to be the trendy up and coming place to be!!

The apartment has restaurants, coffee shops and bars all near by, each serving different styles of tapas and food, it is one of the favourite places for many for lazy brunches or late lunches at weekends.

It is also just a 2 minute walk to the fresh food market on calle Feria, besides shopping for food some stalls serve cold beers and you can pick out your tapa from their stall!

The must-see monuments are all with in walking distance, the nearest being the Macarena Basilica, the Jesus del Gran Poder square, the old city wall. All other monuments and shopping areas are within walking distance.

The Apartment;

Spacious and bright comes to mind as you walk in the main door which leads into the lounge area. Several large windows let the natural light flood in.

Comfortable sofa and chairs are scattered around this room making it a welcoming area where you can sit and either watch TV or simply relax.

The master bedroom is off this room with a double bed, built in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. This has shower, bathtub, WC and basin. Fresh, clean towels will be provided for guests.

The second bedroom is at the other end of the lounge, there is a comfortable single sofa bed and the wardrobe for this room is just outside.

The family bathroom is beside this second bathroom, it has shower, WC and basin again fresh, clean towels will be provided for guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all things necessary for making delicious meals. The dining area is in the kitchen, table and four chairs are available for guests.
