The house was completely refurbished in 2006. The house has great natural light and the roof terrace is an added bonus....
The area surrounding the House;
This fantastic house is situated right in the heart of the Alameda in the centre of Seville, many consider this area to be the trendy up and coming place to be!!
The house has restaurants, coffee shops and bars all near by, each serving different styles of tapas and food, it is one of the favourite places for many for lazy brunches or late lunches at weekends.
The must-see monuments are all with in walking distance, the nearest being the Macarena Basilica, the Jesus del Gran Poder square, the old city wall. All other monuments and shopping areas are within walking distance.
The House;
This modern house is truly great.
As you enter the door you are in the reception/reading area, steps straight ahead of you lead you to the first floor, which houses the lounge area with a fully equipped open plan kitchen. There is central music system, flat screen TV & DVD player all for the use of guests.
Upstairs is the bedroom, double bed, built in wardrobes and ensuite bathroom. Fresh clean towels will be provided. The bathroom has a shower unit, WC and basin.
Up the next flight of stairs and you are on the great roof terrace, ideal for those warm days and early evenings. Potted plants adorn the terrace and their is
a large parasol to protect you in case the sun gets too hot!!
This house has lots of natural light not only form the large windows on every floor but also from the atrium ...
