The Azul Apartment is a charming and welcoming one bedroom apartment in the San Lorenzo area of the centre of Seville.....
The apartment is located in an area which is normally not full of tourists, so the guest will be able to get a feel for the real Seville.
The area surrounding the Apartment;
The apartment is literally a minute walk from the San Lorenzo sqaure, home to the Basilica of Jesus del Gran Poder and to the Church of San Lorenzo two fantastic monuments well worth visiting.
If you are lucky enough to be in Seville for the Semana Santa (Holy Week) this is a really privileged location, many processions leave from this square ....
Although the apartment is not located in the usual touristy area, all the "must see" monuments, la Giralda, the Cathedral, the Royal Alcazar etc are only a 15-20 minute walk away. Also to get to these amazing monuments you can choose to stroll through the commercial area of Seville, full of shops also well worth a visit, where guests will surely find something to take home with them...
The nearby area of the Alameda is good for bars & cafeteria/restaurants. This area has undergone huge works and improvements and is becoming the "in place". Some consider it to be bohemian and alternative and others say there is something for everybody ...
The Apartment;
This charming one bedroom apartment is bright and welcoming.
The bedroom has a double bed and is light and airy, fresh linens are provided for guests.
The bathroom has a bath tub and shower. Clean, fresh towels will be hanging on ceramic hooks, made by the owner is his ceramic factory. The basin and towel rails are also hand made and painted by him.
This apartment has a new open plan kitchen, with everything you need to make great meals with the lounge/dining area just off it. This area is welcoming and comfortable with a small dining table and four stools. The lounge area has two comfortable wicker chairs and a sofa, which should there be more than two guests, turns into a comfortable standard double sofa bed.
