The Maestranza Lofts are situated in the heart of Seville’s old quarter, with Triana on one side and El Arenal on the other, two of the oldest and most traditional areas of the city. Bars and restaurants are all a stone’s throw in any direction. The banks of the Guadalquivir river with its open air bars, the Giralda cathedral and the Maestranza bullring are all within a 10 minute’ walk from the Lofts. Truly an ideal location!!!

The Apartment;

Fantastic split level apartment with one bedroom and two bathrooms. Modern and sleek in look, this wonderful apartment is an ideal choice for your visit to Seville.

On the first level we have the main bedroom with two single beds pushed together and a bathroom; an open plan modern kitchen with all the amenities you will need to be able to prepare delicious meals that can be eaten at the dining table or else taken upstairs to the private roof terrace.

The comfortable living area beckons you to sit back and relax after a day sightseeing and maybe watch some TV on a plasma screen; this area has also a double sofa bed.

Climb the stairs to the next level and you get to a smaller open plan seating area(the day bed turns into two single beds) and the second bathroom. This area looks straight out onto the roof terrace where you can relax at anytime of the day and enjoy the weather and sip on some delicious Spanish wine or the traditional manzanilla.
