The Kursaal apartment is of recent construction (October 2006), and is located in one of the best, most saught after central areas in San Sebastian.

This truly great apartment offers the guest staying there amazing views.... such a beautiful area, right where the river runs into the mar Cantabrico..

This luxury apartment in a completely reformed historical building will be the perfect base for any visitor to San Sebastian.

The living/dining room, with comfortable sofa - which converts into a double bed for an additional two guests, TV, DVD and Hi-Fi, is the perfect spot to kick back and relax. The added advantage of this room is the fantastic terrace with amazing views...

The master bedroom comes complete with double bed and built in wardrobes to ensure sufficient space to store all of your belongings. Guests sleeping in this bed have the privelage of more fantastic views from the moment they wake up...

The spacious and complete bathroom has bathtub/shower and fresh towels are ready for your use on arrival.

The designer kitchen is equipped with everything that any budding chef could possibly require...that's if you can drag yourself away from the wonderful restaurants nearby.

The young man who met us at the apartment (Idor?) was very helpful and his personal restaurant selections were spot on. Location is excellent.

The apartment was very comfortable and perfect for us as a couple. The location was perfect and the view from our little balcony was fantastic. Our contact was very friendly and helpful, and provided great information on local restaurants, bars and services. Wonderful to find accommodation exactly as described.

The location is spectacular; a very easy walk to all areas of town! The view from the balcony is georgeous, offering a perfect view of the city, old town, the river and bay as well as Mt. Urgull. We enjoyed having cheese and a glass of wine or two on the deck each evening. The apartment is spacious and very well appointed. The furnishings, kitchen appliances and cooking utensils, as well as the overall appearance of the apartment is excellent. The bed is quite comfortable for European standards and there is good lighting in all rooms. The building is lovely with marble stairways, two elevators and is well secured. There is a very limited odd assortment of wine glasses but water glasses seemed to work just fine!  Aitor, the Friendly Rentals representative who met us at the apartment was extremely helpful, offering suggestions about restaurants and places to visit. We used his list of restaurants exclusively and found each dining experience extraordinary. Unfortunately we were not there long enough to enjoy them all.

The apartment was wonderful! We loved the terrace with the great views in both directions and it was very quiet. It also had the convenience of a clothes drying rack that was in the courtyard and out of sight. The apartment was an easy walk to the old town, and also to both beaches. We loved the modern decor and it was immaculately clean. We would love to come back to this apartment.
