The construction of the Buda Villa has just been completed (June 2004) and can be found in one of the best and most sought after spots in San Sebastian; this villa offers spectacular views of La Concha bay from the Buda's fabulous terrace, it is only about 25m from the Concha beach and only a few minutes away from the "old town", the aquarium, the San Telmo Museum, etc.

Given the increadible location of this Villa, any trip into the city centre is only a walk away. One of the most well known spa centres in the world "La Perla de Océano" is right accross the road from the Buda Villa.

This area has all the conveniences of restaurants, shops, and easy access to busses that will take you to any part of the city.

The Villa:

The luxurious Buda Villa has four wonderful bedrooms and three bathrooms, that have been decorated in a simple yet very elegant style. The Villa also boasts three terraces, a garden! and some of the best views of the fantastic, world famous La Concha bay; this kind of Villa with such wonderful features is not somehting you come accross every day, especially in San Sebastian.

The building is architectually modern and comprises of three levels and a basement; the quality of construction was first rate, from the high quality wooden floors to the latest top of the range equipment.

On the ground floor you will find an open plan distribution with wall to wall windows. The large living/dining area is a perfect place to relax and enjoy some music or to watch some TV or DVDs; the very modern and comfortable kitchen is fully equipped and comes with very special Philip Stark chairs and has garden views, as well as allowing access to this garden; this floor also comes with a guest bathroom which comprises of toilet and sink only.

On the second floor you have three of the four bedrooms together with one of the two fully equipped bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms on this floor have two single beds (90cm) each, the third bedroom dcomes with a double bed... the bathroom on this floor is independant of the bedrooms and comes with a hydro-massage shower, double sink and is an all exterior facing bathroom.. On the third floor you will find the master bedroom with a large and modern ensuite bathroom. This bedroom has two private terraces from one of which you have spectacular views of the famous "La Concha" bay.

There is also private parking for 2 cars.

The entire Villa is outward facing, which means lots of natural light and lots of sunbathing to be done on one of the three terraces or in the garden!!!!!

The designer kitchen has all the latest modern conveniences that you could possibly need to make this a hassle-free visit to San Sebastian. It comes with washer-dryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, vitroceramic, fridge-freezer. Other appliences include juicer, cafetera, toaster all provided to make you feel at home. Pots and pans, plates, cutlery is all provided and ready for use upon your arrival. Good quality bed linen and towels are provided.
