The apartment
The Santa Clara apartment is located in one of San Sebastian's best and most sought-after areas, in front of La Concha beach. It has a large living-room of approximately 40sqm, furnished with a comfortable sofa, a large dining area with beautiful views of La Concha beach, however the star of the show is the impressive 20sqm terrace facing the magnificent La Concha Bay. The décor is lovely, and classic in style.
This home has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a bed and incredible views of La Concha beach. The bedroom is en-suite with one of the apartment's bathrooms, which is exterior facing, fitted with a shower.
The independent kitchen is interior, with wooden fittings, a dining area and all the necessary appliances, such as a washing-machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooker, fridge... You will also find a blender, juicer, coffee maker, and a toaster, to make you feel perfectly at home. Pots and pans, plates and cutlery are also available to use in this apartment.
The second bedroom also has a double bed and a wardrobe, it is exterior facing and very quiet as it looks on to a side street.
The third bedroom is very similar to the second, also quiet, and also furnished with a double bed and a corresponding wardrobe, and is decorated in light colour tones.
There is a second, impeccable bathroom available with a bathtub, washbasin, and a hair-dryer.
The floor throughout the home, except for the bathrooms, is hardwood, as well as the doors, and the whole space is very naturally bright.

A magnificent situation for your visit to San Sebastian. It is one of the most delightful areas in town. Living in the center of our city has numerous advantages because of the commercial centers, establishments dedicated to autochthonus gastronomy and the great beach of “La Concha”, one of our three beaches which is surrounded by the gardens of “Alderdi Eder” because of all this it is a very comfortable for your visit in San Sebastian.
Some of our apartments are situated in “Miraconcha” suburb which enjoys of beautiful views to the beach of “La Concha” and is located in the center.
Center Area is an organized area, where buildings and other constructions are perfectly integrated in the environment resulting all this in streets, avenues and walk areas.
The Old Part is only a few meters away and so are the “Kursaal” palace, the fishing port and the famous market of “San Martin” where apart of a supermarket you may also find clothing stores and typical gastronomic products which you can cook in our apartments.
The modern talasotherapy center “La Perla del Oceano” which was one of the most important resorts in the world, nowadays completely reformed and extended in October 2008 is in the beach of “La Concha”.
From this emplacement you can do all you shopping and have access to other one of the big attractions in San Sebastian, its exquisite gastronomy, full of specialties which seduce any palate.
This area unites all the services you may need during your stay in town such as bus lines, train station, restaurants…
