The Sensae apartment is located in the heart of the city, a few metres from the beach, in one of the most sought-after and elegant areas in San Sebastian.
The apartment
The Sensae apartment is a 100sqm luxury apartment with two terraces - 40m and 20m respectively - in an exemplary building in exclusive surroundings.
It is a unique apartment, flooded with light, with impressive terraces, impeccably decorated, and a great place to relax in and enjoy.
It has very grand suite-like distribution of space, the living room is impeccably decorated with high quality furniture, an elegant sofa, a dining table... all of which will ensure you have unforgettable moments during your stay. From the living room you have access to the largest terrace. In the living room there is also an open-plan, fully equipped, custom designed kitchen with sliding doors.
Off the living-room is one of the apartment's bathrooms, elegant in style, and impeccably equipped with a bathtub.
The apartment's bedroom is en-suite, and can be divided up into two areas, with the bed on one side and a sofa on the other.
From the bedroom you have access to the second terrace. Lastly, the en-suite bathroom is large, elegant and functional and is fitted with a shower.
The apartment has hardwood floors throughout, except in the bathrooms.
The ceilings are lined in concrete, highlighting the beams, and giving the apartment a uniquely different effect which is accentuated by the exquisite décor, in which every detail has been chosen with care.
The whole apartment is fitted with independent A/C units in every area.

A magnificent situation for your visit to San Sebastian. It is one of the most delightful areas in town. Living in the center of our city has numerous advantages because of the commercial centers, establishments dedicated to autochthonus gastronomy and the great beach of “La Concha”, one of our three beaches which is surrounded by the gardens of “Alderdi Eder” because of all this it is a very comfortable for your visit in San Sebastian.
Some of our apartments are situated in “Miraconcha” suburb which enjoys of beautiful views to the beach of “La Concha” and is located in the center.
Center Area is an organized area, where buildings and other constructions are perfectly integrated in the environment resulting all this in streets, avenues and walk areas.
The Old Part is only a few meters away and so are the “Kursaal” palace, the fishing port and the famous market of “San Martin” where apart of a supermarket you may also find clothing stores and typical gastronomic products which you can cook in our apartments.
The modern talasotherapy center “La Perla del Oceano” which was one of the most important resorts in the world, nowadays completely reformed and extended in October 2008 is in the beach of “La Concha”.
From this emplacement you can do all you shopping and have access to other one of the big attractions in San Sebastian, its exquisite gastronomy, full of specialties which seduce any palate.
This area unites all the services you may need during your stay in town such as bus lines, train station, restaurants…

It is a wonderful appartment. It was modern and well equipped but cozy and comfortable too. The terraces are fantastic and overall it was a great place to stay. If you stayed in a hotel suite of similar standard ot would cost three times as much.
