The Apartment
The Maria Cristina apartment is a 55sq.m luxury apartment within a notable building in a remarkable surrounding.
The greatest advantages of this apartment are the views and location, as well as the beautiful terrace with a strikingly spectacular perspective over San Sebastian.
The apartment's flooring is hardwood, along with the doors and wardrobes.
This architecturally rationalist-style building is in a very privileged location and it’s main feature is in the clever play on volume and space. The building is very emblematic for San Sebastian locals and is known as the "Equitativa" building, in which common areas are lined with marble, in a design that reflects the general architectural style. It has elevator access.
Once inside you will enjoy the warmth and cosiness of this accommodation, with every modern detail you could expect (TV, DVD, HIFI, comfortable bathroom, etc.).
It has a spacious living/dining-room, fully furnished, and with access to a beautiful terrace with incredible views, which is furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy lovely meals.

A magnificent situation for your visit to San Sebastian. It is one of the most delightful areas in town. Living in the center of our city has numerous advantages because of the commercial centers, establishments dedicated to autochthonus gastronomy and the great beach of “La Concha”, one of our three beaches which is surrounded by the gardens of “Alderdi Eder” because of all this it is a very comfortable for your visit in San Sebastian.
Some of our apartments are situated in “Miraconcha” suburb which enjoys of beautiful views to the beach of “La Concha” and is located in the center.
Center Area is an organized area, where buildings and other constructions are perfectly integrated in the environment resulting all this in streets, avenues and walk areas.
The Old Part is only a few meters away and so are the “Kursaal” palace, the fishing port and the famous market of “San Martin” where apart of a supermarket you may also find clothing stores and typical gastronomic products which you can cook in our apartments.
The modern talasotherapy center “La Perla del Oceano” which was one of the most important resorts in the world, nowadays completely reformed and extended in October 2008 is in the beach of “La Concha”.
From this emplacement you can do all you shopping and have access to other one of the big attractions in San Sebastian, its exquisite gastronomy, full of specialties which seduce any palate.
This area unites all the services you may need during your stay in town such as bus lines, train station, restaurants…
