The area surrounding the Apartment

The Villa Lambroa is located in an area of natural beauty, in one of the higher parts, at about 1,5 km from the city centre; a very pleasant 10 min walk or so will have you in the city centre itself, with the old town, the aquarium, the San Telmo museum, and so on. The Ondarreta beach, "Peine de los vientos" and the Igueldo funicular are approximately 1 km away.

The area where the apartment is located is known as Ayete, the reason being that this is where the "Palacio de Ayete" can be found. The "Palacio Ayete" has a pond, and waterfalls with over a hundred different types of trees and plants, many green fields and manicured gardens. This wonderful area is only a few meters from the Villa Lambroa.

Around the apartment you have all public services close by, including a bus stop right outside the house where buses stop regularly to take you in to the city centre.

On the ground floor, you will find the entrance, a large welcoming living/dining-room area surrounded by windows with incredible views, and all boasting a carefully selected, refined décor. Also, the comfortable and fully equipped kitchen where you will find all the necessary appliances.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms. The impeccable master bedroom has a 160cm wide double bed and a lovely balcony with views out to the sea and the city. The second bedroom on this floor has a 135cm wide double bed, a balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a shower unit. It faces the exterior.

On the second floor there are a further two bedrooms, with two 90cm beds each, charming décor, high ceilings and exposed wooden beams, as well as fantastic views. Also on this floor, an exterior facing bathroom with a shower.

Off the ground floor you will find the terrace and the garden with an approximate 300sq.m surface area, where guests can relax, sunbathe, eat or dine al-fresco all together, and where no doubt guests will experience some unforgettable moments. It also has a garage (1 car) and a laundry area for washing and ironing.
