The living room is dainty and has a nice rectangular shape, complete with a sofa, and a dining table, creating a beautiful room where you can have an unforgettable time in our wonderful city.

The master bedroom, cheery and tranquil, faces onto the same street and has a beautiful balcony overlooking it, it is fitted with a double bed 150cm wide, and a flawless built-in wardrobe by Moltenni.
The second bedroom overlooks the inner court, it is fitted with a 90cm wide bed, a built-in wardrobe and a desk which are both beautifully designed.
The bathroom is truly comfortable with a spacious shower to relax in.
The apartment's ambiance is very welcoming, with a modern and simply flawless design, whilst at the same time, comfortable with all the luxuries you could possibly expect (Led 32" TV, DVD, HIFI, A/C, etc.).
The A/C is independent in each room allowing you to achieve the perfect temperature in each and every one of them.

Living in the center of our city has numerous advantages because of the commercial centers, establishments dedicated to autochthonus gastronomy and the great beach of “La Concha”, one of our three beaches which is surrounded by the gardens of “Alderdi Eder” because of all this it is a very comfortable for your visit in San Sebastian.
Some of our apartments are situated in “Miraconcha” suburb which enjoys of beautiful views to the beach of “La Concha” and is located in the center.
Center Area is an organized area, where buildings and other constructions are perfectly integrated in the environment resulting all this in streets, avenues and walk areas.
The Old Part is only a few meters away and so are the “Kursaal” palace, the fishing port and the famous market of “San Martin” where apart of a supermarket you may also find clothing stores and typical gastronomic products which you can cook in our apartments.
The modern talasotherapy center “La Perla del Oceano” which was one of the most important resorts in the world, nowadays completely reformed and extended in October 2008 is in the beach of “La Concha”.
From this emplacement you can do all you shopping and have access to other one of the big attractions in San Sebastian, its exquisite gastronomy, full of specialties which seduce any palate.
