The Bergara I apartment is a luxury 70sqm surface area property, newly refurbished (Jan.2012)
Located in an exemplary building in the very centre of San Sebastian, that stands out for its traditionally restored sandstone façade and the maximum comfort criteria acheived with the finishing of its interior design.
It comprises of a living room, two bedrooms, open-plan kitchen and a bathroom: all this in luxury materials with a perfect finish.
The apartment is entirely outward facing, and the living room has a lovely viewpoint from where you can gaze out over the city streets. The living-room has an adjoining integrated open-plan kitchen completely equipped with washing-machine, dishwasher, oven and kitchen utensils such as a blender, toaster, juicer, etc. perfect and impeccable, with doors that can screen the kitchen from view. The living room is on the corner and has two balconies overlooking the street (aside from the charming viewpoint), creating a lovely, warm room full of charm, where you will have an unforgettable time in our wonderful city.
The whole apartment has light hardwood floors expect the bathroom.
The two bedrooms are outward facing, with a balcony each, and both are fitted with double beds - one 150cm wide and the other 135cm wide. Both have impeccable built-in wardrobes from Moltenni, and high quality furniture.
The bathroom is truly inviting and very comfortable with a spacious shower to relax in.
The apartment's ambiance is extremely welcoming, modern and simply flawless, whilst at the same time, comfortable with all the luxuries you could possibly expect (Led 32" TV, DVD, HIFI, A/C, etc.).
Guests will also find at their disposal clean towels and bed linen.

A magnificent situation for your visit to San Sebastian. It is one of the most delightful areas in town. Living in the center of our city has numerous advantages because of the commercial centers, establishments dedicated to autochthonus gastronomy and the great beach of “La Concha”, one of our three beaches which is surrounded by the gardens of “Alderdi Eder” because of all this it is a very comfortable for your visit in San Sebastian.
Some of our apartments are situated in “Miraconcha” suburb which enjoys of beautiful views to the beach of “La Concha” and is located in the center.
Center Area is an organized area, where buildings and other constructions are perfectly integrated in the environment resulting all this in streets, avenues and walk areas.
The Old Part is only a few meters away and so are the “Kursaal” palace, the fishing port and the famous market of “San Martin” where apart of a supermarket you may also find clothing stores and typical gastronomic products which you can cook in our apartments.
The modern talasotherapy center “La Perla del Oceano” which was one of the most important resorts in the world, nowadays completely reformed and extended in October 2008 is in the beach of “La Concha”.
From this emplacement you can do all you shopping and have access to other one of the big attractions in San Sebastian, its exquisite gastronomy, full of specialties which seduce any palate.
This area unites all the services you may need during your stay in town such as bus lines, train station, restaurants…
