The Area surrounding the Apartment;
This conveniently located apartment is a great choice for your visit to San Sebastian; at only a few meters the guest will find the "Catedral del Buen Pastor" a gothic style temple which also houses the cultural centrle Koldo Mitxelena......
As mentioned, this area has lots of shops and stores and the visitor to San Sebastian will be able to buy anything they wish....
Another pleasant option for the guest staying at the Moraza apartment is to take a pleasant stroll to the historical part of town, or "parte vieja" as it is known... or to the fishing port where we reccommend ordering the catch of the day, a great experience....the guest really has everything within easy walking distance....
All visitors to San Sebastian are in for a gastronomical treat as the restaurants and pintxo bars are absolutely fantastic... there are so many to choose from and so many pintxo bars throughout the city!! they really are a truly great experience....
Should the guest need to travel further from the city or need to take a bus, there are buses that are nearby as well as the trais station, etc...
The Apartment;
This great apartment has about 40m2 and is located in a calm and peaceful street.... this building has an elevator and the guest can easily access this fifth floor apartment...
Once inside the guest will enjoy the modern look and feel of the Moraza... it is both comfortable and full of colour... the floor throughout the apartment is hardwood floor, light in colour and gives a warm welcoming feel...
The living room and open plan kitchen, italin in design, come completely equipped to ensure the guests comfort; the kitchencomes with washer, dishwasher, vitroceremic cooker, toaster, juicer, blender, etc. and the living room comes with an inviting sofa and the guest can avail of the TV, DVD and HIFI....
The main bedroom comes with a double bed (140cm) and wardrobe space for the guests belongings... the second bedroom has one single bed and also has it's own wardrobe space....
The bathroom of this apartment is simple and fresh in look and comes with towels, hairdryer, etc, all ready for use upon arrival...
The Moraza is a quiet apartment for it's central location as it faces an indoor patio.
