The Apartment:
The La Plaza apartment is a 65sqm apartment, high and very bright, in a classic style building. It has lift access.
The flooring is made from light coloured wood, the living room is furnished and equipped with a comfortable, light coloured, leather sofa, a dining area, TV, DVD player, etc. It's a bright room with beautiful windows, a Velux roof window and another window from where to admire the beautiful and vast views.
This apartment is a real treat for your visit to San Sebastian.
It has two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, nice windows that let plenty of light in, and light coloured, soothing décor which creates an inviting space in which guests can rest. The second bedroom, clean and tidy, has two 90cm beds, and faces outwards toward the square.
The kitchen has all necessary appliances: washing machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator. You will also find a blender, coffee maker, toaster, pans, juicer, pots, cutlery, and such, just like being at home.
The bathroom has a shower and includes all you need for your stay, such as fresh towels, hair dryer, etc.

A magnificent situation for your visit to San Sebastian. It is one of the most delightful areas in town. Living in the center of our city has numerous advantages because of the commercial centers, establishments dedicated to autochthonus gastronomy and the great beach of “La Concha”, one of our three beaches which is surrounded by the gardens of “Alderdi Eder” because of all this it is a very comfortable for your visit in San Sebastian.
Some of our apartments are situated in “Miraconcha” suburb which enjoys of beautiful views to the beach of “La Concha” and is located in the center.
Center Area is an organized area, where buildings and other constructions are perfectly integrated in the environment resulting all this in streets, avenues and walk areas.
The Old Part is only a few meters away and so are the “Kursaal” palace, the fishing port and the famous market of “San Martin” where apart of a supermarket you may also find clothing stores and typical gastronomic products which you can cook in our apartments.
The modern talasotherapy center “La Perla del Oceano” which was one of the most important resorts in the world, nowadays completely reformed and extended in October 2008 is in the beach of “La Concha”.
From this emplacement you can do all you shopping and have access to other one of the big attractions in San Sebastian, its exquisite gastronomy, full of specialties which seduce any palate.
