The Marina apartment is a 70 sq.m area accommodation with a lovely 23 sq.m terrace. It's located in the centre of San Sebastian, near La Concha beach and the shopping area, the perfect place for your stay.
The apartment
The Marina is a comfortable, welcoming and quiet 70 sq.m apartment with a lovely 23sq.m terrace.
The apartment is inside a renovated stone building.
It has lift access.
The apartment has wooden floors throughout, except in the bathroom and kitchen which have ceramic flooring.
It has a beautiful fully furnished living/dining room with access to the incredible outdoor terrace, which is furnished with tables and chairs where you can sit amongst the beautiful trees: a lemon tree, an olive tree, etc. It really is something special!
The living room is furnished with a sofa, dining table, and equipped with TV, DVD player, HIFI, etc.
The apartment has two bedrooms.
The master bedroom faces the terrace and has a double bed (1,50cm).
The second bedroom also faces the terrace and has two single (90cm) beds.
The bathroom is very comfortable and has been carefully decorated. It is fitted with a shower.
The separate kitchen is quite spacious and has a table with chairs.
You will find all the necessary appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and fridge-freezer.
You will also find a blender, juicer, coffee maker, toaster, etc... Just like at being at home. Pots and pans, dishes and cutlery will all be available to you during your stay at this lovely apartment.
Sheets and towels are also provided.

A magnificent situation for your visit to San Sebastian. It is one of the most delightful areas in town. Living in the center of our city has numerous advantages because of the commercial centers, establishments dedicated to autochthonus gastronomy and the great beach of “La Concha”, one of our three beaches which is surrounded by the gardens of “Alderdi Eder” because of all this it is a very comfortable for your visit in San Sebastian.
Some of our apartments are situated in “Miraconcha” suburb which enjoys of beautiful views to the beach of “La Concha” and is located in the center.
Center Area is an organized area, where buildings and other constructions are perfectly integrated in the environment resulting all this in streets, avenues and walk areas.
The Old Part is only a few meters away and so are the “Kursaal” palace, the fishing port and the famous market of “San Martin” where apart of a supermarket you may also find clothing stores and typical gastronomic products which you can cook in our apartments.
The modern talasotherapy center “La Perla del Oceano” which was one of the most important resorts in the world, nowadays completely reformed and extended in October 2008 is in the beach of “La Concha”.
From this emplacement you can do all you shopping and have access to other one of the big attractions in San Sebastian, its exquisite gastronomy, full of specialties which seduce any palate.
This area unites all the services you may need during your stay in town such as bus lines, train station, restaurants…
