Pagaldegarai is an elegant palace, decorated with exquisite taste, divided in four floors, six bedrooms, five bathrooms and a guest toilet. In total 600 square meters that will certainly provide you a memorable stay.
The area surrounding the Palace
It is located in Oiartzun, a historic town located in the heart of the Basque Country. From the windows of the house you can see the majestic mountains of Peñas de Aya. From the gate of the palace there is a beautiful rroute through the village. If you are so inclined, it will you to the foot of the mountains, in the heart of nature, perfect for cycling.
The house is located 100 meters from the world-wide famous Zuberoa restaurant and 100 meters from the municipal swimming pool, which is equipped with a modern spa.
In addition, Oiartzun is very well connected by highway with San Sebastian, 15Km.
The Palace
On the ground floor: the sports area and the parking. You will find a little Basque pediment to play squash, frontennis or Basque pelota; exercise bikes, regular mountain bikes and a dart game. Inside the building, there is parking place for two vehicles.
On the first floor you will find the common areas: brand new kitchen and the eating room, the living room with sofas and TV, and a relaxing area with sofas in front of the open fire.
All of them are overlooking the splendid little forest surrounding the building.
On this floor you also have a bathroom so there is no need to use the stairs.
On the second floor there are six bedrooms, two of them equipped with double bed and en-suite bathrooms. The other three rooms are twin-bedded. And the remaining bedroom with a double bed. There are two bathrooms, each of them on one side of the corridor.
One of the modern showers also has sauna function.
The building is surrounded by large terraces, gardens and two outdoor parking areas. In total there is room for up to 12 people, but two additional childrens beds can be provided. There is free WiFi internet connection.
The palace is situated in large grounds(5,500 square meters) in a private forest of beech and oak. The forest is perfectly designed for relaxation and contact with nature.
