The area is a great one, very commercial with lots of great shops along the pedestrian streets, with a brand new commercial centre at an easy 5 min walk....

As mentioned this area is full of shops and is pedestrian so it's great for wandering around in, discovering all the excellent pintxo bars to hand and all the great shopping that can be done... the recently renovated and much improved San Martin market is very close to the apartment and here you will find everything you could need..... not far from this really great apartment is the very well known Kursal venue centre, where the world famous San Sebastian film festival takes place every year and if you happen to be in San Sebastian at this time it is not unusal to see many of today's movie stars .... another great option for the guest visiting San Sebastian is to dine al fresco in one of the little, "been here since the beginning of time" restaurants along the old fish port, where they will rustle up the catch of the day and you will truly taste the sea.....

Should you not feel like walking to the different parts of San Sebastian this apartment has plenty of buses that will take you wherever you need to go...

The Apartment;

The Dream VI apartment is a luxury apartment with 55m surface and a terrace of 20m, a luxury in the heart of the city, totally new (June 2009) the façade of the building is all that has been preserved... . The floor of the apartment is oak, doors and cabinets are also in the same wood. The main entrance to the building is new and modern and made completely of marble which is in direct contrast with the old and very beautiful façade of the building, a combination which works extremely well..... this great new building comes with elevator which is wheelchair accessible....


Once inside, guests can enjoy a modern, luxurious and comfortable apartment with all the details you might expect, (flat TV, video doorman, modern decor, etc.).
This apartment has a nice distribution with a square shape and no hallways.

There is a spacious living room fully furnished with high quality furniture, sofa in dark tone, a nice dining area where you can eat comfortably with beautiful chairs, etc..

The Dream VI apartment comes with two bedrooms; the main bedroom, with a lare double bed and ample fitted wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom is very spacious and of very high quality, It is equipped with bath, thermo static mixers. The second bedroom has a single bed and fitted wardrobe.

All rooms, (except bathrooms and kitchen), are external with access to the beautiful terrace of approximately 20 meters square, a luxury are in the center of San Sebastian and complete with a wonderful view.

The kitchen is separate and impeccable in design has all the appliances you may need including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, ceramic hob, fridge (all Siemmens brand). Utensils such as blender, juicer, coffee maker, toaster will make you feel at home. Pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, everything will be available when you arrive at your apartment.

The second bathroom is large and has everything necessary for your stay - hair dryer, a large shower with glass screen, all high-quality finishings. Fresh linens and towels are also provided.
