The Classic apartment is situated in the best area of San Sebastian, beside the beach of La Concha, the Alderdi Eder Gardens, next to Plaza de Guipuzcoa. The apartment has spectacular views from the windows to the beautiful bay of La Concha, the house is located in the heart of San Sebastián, near the Old Quarter, Aquarium, Museum of San Telmo, etc..

The apartment
The apartment Classic, has a large living room about 45 meters square, furnished with a comfortable sofa, spacious dining area and a beautiful view over La Concha beach and gardens Alderdi Eder, the decor is classic in style with dark wood furniture.
This house has three bedrooms, the main bedroom has two single beds combined with a splendid view over the Playa de La Concha and has a small terrace. This is an en-suite complete with marble bathroom.
The ample kitchen with wood cupboards and a pleasant dining area, has all the appliances you might need, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, vitro ceramic, fridge. Extras such as blender, juicer, coffee maker, toaster will make you feel at home. Pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, everything is available in this apartment.
The second bedroom also has 2 single beds and ample wardrobe space. This room is very quiet and has a terrace that faces toward the back.
The third room is very similar to the previous, also equipped with two single beds and wardrobe and is decorated in light tones. Also quiet with access to the same terrace at the back.
It has a bathroom equipped with shower, toilet, hairdryer. Newly renovated, this bathroom has a fresh and clean feel.
All floors, with the exception of the bathrooms, are in high quality dark wood. There are large windows in all of the rooms ensuring an abundance of natural light.

Living in the center of our city has numerous advantages because of the commercial centers, establishments dedicated to autochthonus gastronomy and the great beach of “La Concha”, one of our three beaches which is surrounded by the gardens of “Alderdi Eder” because of all this it is a very comfortable for your visit in San Sebastian.
Some of our apartments are situated in “Miraconcha” suburb which enjoys of beautiful views to the beach of “La Concha” and is located in the center.
Center Area is an organized area, where buildings and other constructions are perfectly integrated in the environment resulting all this in streets, avenues and walk areas.
The Old Part is only a few meters away and so are the “Kursaal” palace, the fishing port and the famous market of “San Martin” where apart of a supermarket you may also find clothing stores and typical gastronomic products which you can cook in our apartments.
The modern talasotherapy center “La Perla del Oceano” which was one of the most important resorts in the world, nowadays completely reformed and extended in October 2008 is in the beach of “La Concha”.
From this emplacement you can do all you shopping and have access to other one of the big attractions in San Sebastian, its exquisite gastronomy, full of specialties which seduce any palate.
