This recently refurbished apartment is located in one of the best areas in San Sebastian, at only a few minutes walk from the Ondarreta beach and from there to the famous La Concha, Historical city centre, the Aquarium and San Telmo museum....

This apartment is in a great location; the guests staying at the Costa apartment will truly experience the day to day life in San Sebastian; next to a street with great food stores with excellent produce and lots of great pintxo (tapa) bars and restaurants, it is an energetic area with plenty of atmosphere....
The area itseslf is known as the "antiguo" and is close to the Ondarreta beach and within walking distance of all the places of interest...
Should the guest feel like going somewhere and prefers not to walk there is a bus stop and the guest will be able to make their way to almost everywhere .....

A recently renovated 100m2 apartment, spacious and ideal to accommodate either a group of friends or a family on holiday in San Sebastian.....
The apartment comes with hardwood floor throughout and has plenty of natural light throughout... the building itself has an elevator!
The decor of the apartment is modern and comfortable, the living/dining room is spacious and bright and very welcoming to guests... the comfortable leather sofa is great to sit back in and relax and of course to enjoy the use of the flat screen TV, DVD, etc....
The kitchen is bright and modern, decorated in light tones and comes equipped with mod-cons to ensure the guests can prepare meals should they wish to.... some of the items to be found are washing machine, dishwashwer, oven, vitroceramic cooker, fridge, pots, pans, coffe maker, etc...
The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms, both bedrooms have plenty of natural light, they are all simple yet elegant in style and the guests will feel right at home. The first bedroom comes with a large double bed; the second bedroom comes with two single beds .. all bedrooms have wardrobe space so all the guests can store their belongings.....
Both bathrooms are great, fresh and modern in look; both come with shower units, wc, sink, etc. fresh towels are ready for use upon arrival...
