The Moneo apartment was built by the famous architect Moneo who also built the Congress Palace of Kursaal . It has been recently renovated (August 2008), and is located in one of the best, most sought after central areas in San Sebastian.
This truly great apartment offers the guest staying there amazing views.... such a beautiful area, right where the river runs into the mar Cantabrico..

The Moneo is located in one of the most sought after areas of San Sebastian looking onto the Urumea river.
Next to the building where this amazing apartment is, the guest can gaze upon the emblematic venue known as the Palacio Kursaal, where many events take place, from cultural to cinematic, including the very prestigious San Sebastian Film Festival.... also at only a short walk the guest will find themselves in the historical part of San Sebastian as well as the Zurriola beach, la Concha beach and the city centre..

The apartment;
Moneo is a spacious three bedroom apartment, in the centre of San Sebastian, by the beach in a building that comes with an elevator...
This great apartment has a large living room with a separate style kitchen which will ensure the guests comfort while staying at this apartment... the large windows in this room allow for plenty of natural light.
The apartment mostly has lovely hardwood floor, lots of natural light.
The living room area is extremely comfortable and comes with flat screen TV, DVD, etc for the guests' comfort... and is very nicely decorated.
The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people with two beds in the master bedroom, twin single beds in the second, and a single bed in the third. Each room is simply yet elegantly decorated and each one comes with plenty of wardrobe space for the guests' belongings.
The Moneo apartment has two bathrooms; one comes with a full bath/shower unit, and also comes with toilet, sink, etc, while the second bathroom comes with a shower unit, sink, toilet, etc... The bathrooms are elegant in look; all come with fresh towels ready for use upon arrival.
Should guests wish to prepare any kind of meal in the fully equipped kitchen they can do so and sit at the dining room table and chairs provided.... the kitchen comes with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, vitroceramic cooker, fridge, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc

A magnificent situation for your visit to San Sebastian. It is one of the most delightful areas in town. Living in the center of our city has numerous advantages because of the commercial centers, establishments dedicated to autochthonus gastronomy and the great beach of “La Concha”, one of our three beaches which is surrounded by the gardens of “Alderdi Eder” because of all this it is a very comfortable for your visit in San Sebastian.
Some of our apartments are situated in “Miraconcha” suburb which enjoys of beautiful views to the beach of “La Concha” and is located in the center.
Center Area is an organized area, where buildings and other constructions are perfectly integrated in the environment resulting all this in streets, avenues and walk areas.
The Old Part is only a few meters away and so are the “Kursaal” palace, the fishing port and the famous market of “San Martin” where apart of a supermarket you may also find clothing stores and typical gastronomic products which you can cook in our apartments.
The modern talasotherapy center “La Perla del Oceano” which was one of the most important resorts in the world, nowadays completely reformed and extended in October 2008 is in the beach of “La Concha”.
From this emplacement you can do all you shopping and have access to other one of the big attractions in San Sebastian, its exquisite gastronomy, full of specialties which seduce any palate.
