The Villa;
The Villa itself has been given great attention to detail, both inside and outside and enjoys plenty of sun all day long. The garden is fantastic, comes with a private swimming pool and surrounds the whole villa…. The outside has been fitted with lighting so as the evening descends the lights come on to create a wonderful atmosphere…. There is a fantastic outdoor patio which allows the guest to sit back and relax while enjoying the tranquillity and their surroundings…
Included in the Villa’s services is a gardener to keep the garden and pool in perfect condition as well as a cleaning service.
The high level of technology in this villa ensures that the guest enjoys the utmost comfort while staying here, from sensored/remote access lighting, under floor temperature regulator, AC, etc….
The interior of the house is quite amazing; great attention has been given to the amount of light throughout the villa, to the use of elements normally used for exterior construction such as cement, glass, steel and the clean, sharp lines …
Each room including all four bathrooms, the den/kitchen, etc of this great villa has access to the outside and also plenty of natural light;
The entrance to the Villa is very impressive; Although this great Villa is divided amongst three levels.
