The Boulevar apartment is located in the Ensanche which is a quiet part of the "parte vieja" in San Sebastian, between the Concha and Zurriola beaches. It is next door to the San Telmo museum and close by to the old port. The famous Boulevard, which takes you to the City Hall, is a few minutes' walk from the apartment, as well as "la Bretxa" shopping centre and the lovely Kursal building.
The area surrounding the Apartment;
Everything is within easy walking distance of the apartment as it is ideally situated in the middle of the city centre. As you walk out of the apartment onto "paseo Nuevo" this will lead along the sea to the Aquarium and the old port with its typical seaside restaurants, a great oportunity to taste some of the fantastic seafood from el mar Cantabrico.
Another option would be to go up Mount Urgull, this is behind the apartment building, and from here you have some really breathtaking views of the entire city and all its beaches. For a dose of culture San Sebastian boasts the "Palacio del Kursal" where you can enjoy exhibitions, concerts, etc....
During the summer months there are short boat trips that go along the coast, lasting about 30 minutes or so. Another option would be to spend the day on Santa Clara Island, there are also boats every 15 minutes that will take you there.
Do not forget the famous "La Perla Spa" on La Concha promenade for some extra pampering during your visit to San Sebastian.
The Apartment;
This apartment has hardwood floor throughout and is fully equipped. The living area comes with the usual TV and stereo, and two sofas, one of them can be also used as a sofabed. The bedroom comes with one bed and wardrobe space for the guest's belongings. The kitchen comes equipped with all the basic modern conveniences such as washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge; it also comes with basic small applicances such as blender, coffee maker, toaster, frying pans, juicer, pots and pans, etc., everything you might need in order to make your visit to San Sebastian hassle free!
The bathroom comes with a hydromassage shower unit with fresh towels and hairdryer ready for your use upon arrival.

The area surrounding the apartment;
There are many activities that can be done by foot from this part of the city, as it is situated in an ideal place to reach any part of the city.
Within the Donostiarra atmosphere, we can visit the fishing harbour of San Sebastian, the Playa de la Concha or the Paseo Nuevo, from where you can contemplate sea waves crushing against the rocks with all their strength; followed by the Aquarium and the harbour with its typical restaurants.
A good chance to enjoy fish and seafood from the Cantabrian Sea.
By staying in this area, you will be next to the best area of bars and restaurants in the city, where you can enjoy its spectacular "pintxos", great traditional Basque dishes.
For a cultural visit the Victoria Eugenia Theater, recently refurbished, and Kusaal, where they thrive exhibitions, concerts,etc.

Next to La Playa de La Concha you can enjoy a good bubble bath of many different types in the magnificent Thalassotherapy Center of La Perla.
