The recently reformed Lorea apartment is in a residential area just as you enter San Sebastian, near the university area about 3km from downtown, Old Town, Playa de la Concha and a mile from Ondarreta beach.

The apartment is located in a residential complex with community pool in one of the best residential areas of the city.
About a mile separates this apartment from Ondarreta Beach, Peine de los Vientos with the breathtaking sculptures of the great Eduardo Chillida, the center of San Sebastian's Old Quarter.
This apartment is located in a quiet area but a few metres away by foot you will find a lively area, such as the Old Quarter, with all kinds of shops, bars, restaurants and various possibilities for your leisure.
A beautiful avenue of lime trees, separates the Lorea from the beautiful beach of Ondarreta, perhaps the most beautiful in the city, as it is a flat area, travelling down this road by bike, (this avenue is equipped with bicycle lanes), (bidegorri), may be your best choice of transport to the city center.
The apartment is easily accessible from the city centre, there are buses every few minutes.

THe Lorea has forty-five square meters of floor space, with a terrace of about five square meters, its impeccable decor has been done by the best decorating team in the area.
The apartment is exterior, bright and cosy and it is mainly decorated in fresh tones of white and gray.
The floor of the apartment is light wood, except for the kitchen and bath which are tiled.
The separation between the different rooms of the house is glass, giving it a greater scope and originality to the apartment.
The spacious lounge is fully furnished with a cozy L-shaped sofa, 25" TV and DVD and with large windows that occupy one wall of the apartment, as seen in the photographs.
The well equipped kitchen is impeccable, white with a modern design, equipped with washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, pans, plates, etc.
The apartment has a lovely master bedroom which opens onto the terrace and it is done in pastel shades, with a large cupboard, all with style and functionality.
The modern bathroom is beautifully decorated in blue tile and is equipped with shower and hair dryer. Bed linen and towels are also included.

It is one of the best and most quoted areas in San Sebastian, in this area lies the magnificent beach of Ondarreta, for some, the beast beach in town. Ondarreta beach area is known for being very animated and lively and is often considered an icon in which referes to autochthonous gastronomy. Only a few minutes away from this area is the center of the city´s old part, the aquarium, the museum of San Telmo and right by the funicular of mount Igeldo and the “Peine de los Vientos” with deceased Eduardo Chillida´s magnificent sculptures.
Here in the old part begins a tour of the most beautiful corners of the city enjoying the famous sculptures of deceased artist Eduardo Chillida. The waves guide us until we reach the beach of Ondarreta, walking through its gardens we arrive to the palace of Miramar where Queen Maria Cristina had her summer residence. The exit of this palace takes us to the beach of “La Concha”, taking a nice walk we pass by the aquarium, the old part and if we continue the walk we finally surround mount Urgull. It is an ideal place to verify the fury of the sea, continuing the circuit we get to Zurriola beach, very frequented by surfers. The end of the day can be passed in the bars of the area which are always very animated.
This is a romantic area by the sea in which you can confortably do your shopping have access to its gastronomy and enjoy its beaches and people.
