This lovely apartment has views of the famous Iglesia Santa Maria, right next to La Concha beach and not far from the beach, Zurriola.. at a few meters from the apartment is the picturesque old fishermans port.
The famous Paseo del Boulevard leads from the apartment to the shopping mall, La Brecha market, the Victoria Eugenia Theatre and the famous landmark venue Kursaal where the famous San Sebastian Film Festival takes place...

As mentioned before, the Kursaal, the Victoria Eugenia Theatre to name but a few, are some of the cultural elements that can be found close by to this charming apartment...
During the summer there are boats that will take passengers to the Santa Clara Island, another great way to spend the day while in San Sebastian; they leave from the port every 15 mins and takes about 30 mins each way.
On the famous Concha there is the world reknown spa, called La Perla, where the guest can indulge in a little pampering....
The location is great! sights, shopping, cafes, bars, restaurants all on your doorstep....

Parte Vieja
The area surrounding the apartment;
There are many activities that can be done by foot from this part of the city, as it is situated in an ideal place to reach any part of the city.
Within the Donostiarra atmosphere, we can visit the fishing harbour of San Sebastian, the Playa de la Concha or the Paseo Nuevo, from where you can contemplate sea waves crushing against the rocks with all their strength; followed by the Aquarium and the harbour with its typical restaurants.
A good chance to enjoy fish and seafood from the Cantabrian Sea.
By staying in this area, you will be next to the best area of bars and restaurants in the city, where you can enjoy its spectacular "pintxos", great traditional Basque dishes.
For a cultural visit the Victoria Eugenia Theater, recently refurbished, and Kusaal, where they thrive exhibitions, concerts,etc.
