Located in one of the most sought after spots in San Sebastian.....
Recently constructed (Oct 2006), the location of the Amalur apartment is wonderful and very central.. the views are fantastic as the guest can look over the river Urumea leading out to the Cantabria sea providing a nice calm, peacefull atmosphere; accross the river the guest can gaze upon two large, imposing and rather wonderful historical buildings, the Maria Eugenia Theatre and the famous Maria Christina Hotel.. close by the guest can also visit the famous Kursaal events and cultural centre.. the historical part of San Sebastian is only at a 5 min walk as well as the Zuriola beach, city centre and at about a 10-15 min the famous Concha beach...
This romantic setting is a wonderful treat for any guest and all the shops and different services within walking distance make it an extremely convenient location...
Some great activities to keep in mind during winter months in San Sebastian are amongst others, visiting a cider house, sampling home made cider with typical basque dishes such as Cod omelette, steak, etc...
Also in January you have the "fiesta de San Sebastian", "la tamborrada" involves beating drums 24 hours non-stop..
The huge firework tournament during Semana Grande in August; the International Film Festival in September in the Kursaal; as well as the Jazz festiva in July

The Amalur apartment is a luxury apartment, with approx 50m2, brand new (Oct 2006) located in a landmark building in an extremely sought after area in San Sebastian...
As can be seen from the photographs the façade of the building is of sone and the foyer of the building is completely in marbol, with two spacious elevators that are wheelchair friendly.. the views and location of this apartment are really superb.....
This great apartment has two balconies, one leadin from the livingt room and the other from the bedroom.. the apartment has hardwood floor throughout .. the look of this apartment is modern and comfortable, the guest can avail of the plasma TV, DVD, etc while relaxing in the comfortable living room... here the 3rd and 4th guests can make use of the comfortable sofa that is also a sofa bed...
The bedroom of this great apartment comes with a large built in wardrobe and a comfortable double bed; this room is also exterior facing and therefore enjoys direct access to the balcony and plenty of natural light and great views...
The kitchen is modern and sleek, stainless steel details and comes fully equipped with all mod cons to the guest can prepare any kind of meal should they wish..
The bathroom comes with a shower unit, WC, sink, etc and is on a par with the rest of the apartment, fresh towels are ready for use upon arrival...
The Alamur apartment is a wonderful choice for your visit to San Sebastian... you will not be disappointed...

A magnificent situation for your visit to San Sebastian. It is one of the most delightful areas in town. Living in the center of our city has numerous advantages because of the commercial centers, establishments dedicated to autochthonus gastronomy and the great beach of “La Concha”, one of our three beaches which is surrounded by the gardens of “Alderdi Eder” because of all this it is a very comfortable for your visit in San Sebastian.
Some of our apartments are situated in “Miraconcha” suburb which enjoys of beautiful views to the beach of “La Concha” and is located in the center.
Center Area is an organized area, where buildings and other constructions are perfectly integrated in the environment resulting all this in streets, avenues and walk areas.
The Old Part is only a few meters away and so are the “Kursaal” palace, the fishing port and the famous market of “San Martin” where apart of a supermarket you may also find clothing stores and typical gastronomic products which you can cook in our apartments.
The modern talasotherapy center “La Perla del Oceano” which was one of the most important resorts in the world, nowadays completely reformed and extended in October 2008 is in the beach of “La Concha”.
From this emplacement you can do all you shopping and have access to other one of the big attractions in San Sebastian, its exquisite gastronomy, full of specialties which seduce any palate.
This area unites all the services you may need during your stay in town such as bus lines, train station, restaurants…

The apartment is in an excellent location. It is clean, spacious, and well-equipped with stove/microwave/washer. The bathroom is of good size and the windows open, allowing for fresh air. The apartment is steps from the main walkways and shopping districts of San Sebastian.
