Located in one of the higher parts of San Sebastian, the Lazkano Apartment has its own wonderful garden and swimming pool

The area surrounding the Apartment

The Lazkano is located in an area of natural beauty, at about 1,5 km from the city centre; a very pleasant 10 min walk or so will have you in the city centre itself, with the old town, the aquarium, the San Telmo museum, and so on. The Ondarreta beach, "Peine de los vientos" and the Igueldo funicular are approximately 1 km away.

The area where the apartment is located is known as Ayete, the reason being that this is where the "Palacio de Ayete" can be found. The "Palacio Ayete" has a pond, and waterfalls with over a hundred different types of trees and plants, many green fields and manicured gardens. This wonderful area is only a few meters from the Lazkano.

Around the apartment you have all public services close by, including a bus stop right outside the house where buses stop regularly to take you in to the city centre.

The apartament

The Lazkano is an apartment of approximately 42 m2 and with a large garden, oven 400 m2, that surrounds the villa; this garden comes with its very own swimming pool, lawn, different fruit trees and flowers which make this a very relaxing and welcoming area.

The swimming pool in the garden is private and ideal for a relaxing swim in the morning or afternoon!

The interior of the apartment is modern, yet comfortable with hard wood flooring throughout. You have lovely views of the garden from the living room - a very relaxing and comfortable area. The large windows facing the garden allow for lots of natural light! The Lazkano apartment faces south, as does the swiming pool, which means that it is always bathed in sunlight (weather permitting).

The bedroom of the apartment also faces the garden and features a double bed together with a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is found beside the bedroom and comprises of bathtub, toilet, sink and bidet. A hairdryer is provided and so are towels and bedlinen.

The kitchen is new and contains all the mod-cons to ensure that your stay at the apartment is a hassle free one. It comes with dishwasher, vitroceramic cooker, oven, fridge, blender, juicer and coffe maker.Pots and pans, plates and silverware are all ready for your use upon arrival.

The lovely outside terrace comes with table and chairs so the guest can enjoy time al fresco, whether it is after a long day at the beach or a day's sightseeing. Here you can have a cocktail before eating at one of San Sebastians excellent restaurants. Near the terrace you will also find some hammocks where you can just lie in the sun and relax and enjoy!
