Recently restructured using original architectural solutions that give each of the rooms great personality, the Tower apartment occupies the whole height of the building and enjoys

an independent entrance form the street.

Resin and hardwood floors and wooden ceilings ornament the five floors that house the different areas of the apartment. From the entrance you access a welcoming space furnished with some small armchairs and Ottomans, and across which you can access the lower level and the three floors above. A beautiful staircase leads upstairs, where there is a large sofa bed that can sleep a 3rd and 4th guest, wardrobe space in the corner, and a modern designer bathroom with a shower. If you continue up the stairs you reach the living-room area furnished with a comfortable striped sofa, a TV, and a compact walk-in closet. The last flight of stairs leads to the splendid double bedroom, with access to a large en-suite bathroom featuring an elegant red bathtub with feet. The modern, functional kitchen is on the lowest level and has a dining area with a table and chairs.

Lively, central and rich in personality, the Tower apartment will allow you to experience the most authentic and Roman spirit of the city!

Trastevere/Gianicolo

In Roman dialect, Trastevere means "across the Tiber”. This picturesque medieval area in fact is located on the west bank of the Tiber. Part of the historical centre of Rome, Trastevere is the perfect place to glimpse a bit of the old world while still enjoying the lifestyle of today's Romans. From the cobblestone streets to the overhanging laundry lines, senses are pleasantly awakened with every step you take in this bohemian neighborhood.
Equidistant from the Coliseum and the Vatican, Trastevere is an ideal place to discover the secrets of Rome on foot. Saint Peter and the Vatican city are about twenty minutes away and upon crossing the Tiber you get to Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona, the Spanish Steps, the Roman Forum, and many other sights, in no time at all (15 to 30 minutes walks). If you want to take public transportation, the area is extremely well served by the electric buses of Rome. The district becomes very lively at night as it is full of trendy bars and dozens of quality restaurants and pizzerias, where you can taste great Italian food at reasonable prices.
