Located in a prestigious area of Rome, close to the Colosseum, the Febo I apartment is a window to Rome's everyday life and history. An ideal place for a large family holiday or a group of friends.
The apartment:
Located on the fifth floor of a building with elevator access (there are just 17 steps to the elevator's door), in a quiet and charming area of Rome, the Febo I apartment is a very spacious three bedroom accommodation which has been decorated in a classic and refined style. Stucco ornamented ceilings and terracotta floors frame the apartment's rooms, all designed around a basis of efficiency, and further enriched with select contemporary details.
The ambiance is warm and welcoming and you will be able to take advantage of having access to a magnificent, partially roofed terrace under a wooden gazebo, which is furnished with a table for 8 and chairs. The practical kitchen is separate and is fully equipped, and opens up on to the terrace, while the living-room is furnished with a table with chairs, a TV set and a convertible sofa which can sleep the 7th and 8th guests. There are three bedrooms, two doubles and one with bunk beds (for the 5th and 6th guests), all furnished in classic style and containing wardrobes. The apartment is complete with two harmonious bathrooms, both with shower units. Furthermore, the Febo I apartment has internet access, washing-machine and A/C in every room to offer guests the utmost level of comfort.
Please note that the Febo I apartment is located in the same building as the Febo II and III, and thus suits large groups that want to spend their holidays together whilst retaining their own privacy.

Piazza Venezia/Colosseo
This district is one of the most beautiful and magical part of the city, as this is the area which was the economic, social and political centre of Rome during the imperial period: the Roman Forum.
Walking down the astonishing Via dei Fori Imperiali you will then reach the greatest amphitheatre of the antiquity, the Coliseum. Built about 1920 years ago and used for gladiatorial contests and public spectacles, the Coliseum is considered an architectural and engineering wonder, and remains a standing proof of both the grandeur and the cruelty of the Roman Empire.
Other major sites in Rome such as Piazza Venezia, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, are all within walking distance as well as the glamorous shopping streets of Via del Corso, Via Frattina and Via Condotti. Finally, it will take you only 20 min walking by crossing the Tiber over the panoramic Palatino bridge to reach Trastevere, one of Rome’s most charming neighborhoods, an intricate maze of squares all interconnected by narrow, medieval cobbled streets where you will find lots of trendy bars, cafés and restaurants.
