This one bedroom apartment is spacious, furnished with style and located in a famous and prestigious street of the historical center, Via Margutta. The ANDROMEDA apartment represents a calm oasis of comfort, elegance and classical charm.

This charming one bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 16th-century building with elevator although there is a short flight of stairs to reach the elevator (27 steps). The décor is elegant and features a combination of good antiques with contemporary pieces that mix well together and produce an air of sophistication and comfort.
The living/dining area is a large space, illuminated by one big window, which features two comfortable sofas, a piano and an elegant dining table with four chairs. One of the sofas has a pull out double bed, which could provide additional sleeping space for two more guests. From the living room you can enjoy the view of the private garden of the building.
The elegant bedroom comes with a double bed and fitted wardrobe space for the guests’ belongings. The spacious bathroom includes a bathtub, a hairdryer and fresh towels ready for use upon arrival.
The separate kitchen is small but functional and comes fully equipped with all the mod cons necessary to prepare any meal should the guest feel inclined to cook.
The apartment also has air conditioning/heating, TDT TV, computer with webcam and Internet connection to ensure the guests a maximum level of comfort.

The Spanish Steps (the former site of the Spanish ambassador's residence) is the most elegant area of the historical centre of Rome and since the 17th century has been the most important meeting place for visitors.
This part of the historical center offers the best combination of visitors favored activities: sightseeing and shopping.
