On the first floor of an old building with lift, the Ares Apartment welcomes you in with its modern, comfortable feel. The spacious dimensions and style of furnishing impeccably blend design and comfort. The beautiful ceilings with exposed beams give even more warmth and character to the apartment. The entrance leads into the large, spacious living area, including the dining area with table and chairs, lit by a unique designer chandelier, and lounge area with large sofa bed which can serve as a bed for a third and fourth guest, an armchair and air conditioning. The separate kitchen is small and modern, but fully equipped with all essentials. The bathroom with shower has a simple, functional style.

Piazza di Spagna

The Spanish Steps (the former site of the Spanish ambassador's residence) is the most elegant area of the historical centre of Rome and since the 17th century has been the most important meeting place for visitors.
This part of the historical center offers the best combination of visitors favored activities: sightseeing and shopping. On one hand, by simply strolling around this strategic location the guests will be able to visit the Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Campo de’ Fiori, Piazza del Popolo; the Coliseum, Vatican City and many other extraordinary sites are all within walking distance or can easily be reached by public transports.
