The apartment:
Located on the 3rd floor of an XVI Century building with elevator, the Pearl III has been recently renovated in an elegant and contemporary style. Guests will feel completely at ease from the moment they walk in, thanks to the captivating and warm atmosphere.
The living room of this apartment is comfortable and inviting the guests to relax after trekking around Rome historical centre. In this area you can find a TV, a dining table with chairs, a double sofa and a armchair. The open kitchen is functional and perfectly equipped with all comforts to cook some of the wonderful fresh fruit and vegetables bought at the local outdoor market.
The bedroom features a double bed, a flat TV and a large cupboard to store guests’ personal belongings. Finally, the bathroom is fresh and simple in look, and comes with a bathtub/shower unit as well as a hairdryer. Bed linens and clean towels are all provided. The apartment is provided with air conditioning/heating, wireless internet and washing machine to guarantee guests a high level of comfort.
The Pearl III apartment is one of four apartments in this building; its sister apartments are the Pear I, II and IV. So it could be perfect for a family gathering or a group of friends looking to spend a quiet and quality filled break in Rome.

Trastevere/Gianicolo
In Roman dialect, Trastevere means "across the Tiber”. This picturesque medieval area in fact is located on the west bank of the Tiber. Part of the historical centre of Rome, Trastevere is the perfect place to glimpse a bit of the old world while still enjoying the lifestyle of today's Romans. From the cobblestone streets to the overhanging laundry lines, senses are pleasantly awakened with every step you take in this bohemian neighborhood.
Equidistant from the Coliseum and the Vatican, Trastevere is an ideal place to discover the secrets of Rome on foot. Saint Peter and the Vatican city are about twenty minutes away and upon crossing the Tiber you get to Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona, the Spanish Steps, the Roman Forum, and many other sights, in no time at all (15 to 30 minutes walks). If you want to take public transportation, the area is extremely well served by the electric buses of Rome. The district becomes very lively at night as it is full of trendy bars and dozens of quality restaurants and pizzerias, where you can taste great Italian food at reasonable prices. The location and view from the apartment were our highlights, as well as the bath/shower. We were within walking distance of all the main attractions and had a huge amount of restaurants to choose from near the apartment. Would without a doubt stay here again.

The apartment was perfect for two people bright and, in the first snow for 27 years, very cosy. We walked everywhere, from the Vatican to the Spanish Steps and the Colloseum. Great restaurants on the doorstep. could not be better located. comfortable bed.

Great location, easy walk to all Romes attractions and some of the best restaurants. We also enjoyed that extra bit of space and the vibe of the area Thayer were so comfortable we didn't want our holiday to end.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful! Very spacious and fully equipped in a lovely old villa. Really close to pretty much everything and also there was plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. And Genaro, the flat owner, was just wonderful - very helpfull and easy-going. We will definitely come back there whenever we will be in Rome. Would recommend it to everyone! Justyna & Jeanmarc

De este apartamento me ha gustado, especialmente, su ubicación (el Trastevere está muy cerca del centro histórico; es un barrio con mucho encanto para pasear y lleno de sitios para comer o tomar una copa) . The location was super! very nice place in busy Rome. Very flexible check in and Simona is very friendly. Appartment has everything you need for pleasant stay. All sights very close by, nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants around the corner etc. Visit Rome card very handy if you visit few museums and want to use public transport.
