The apartment:
Located on the 2nd floor of a building with elevator, this lovely apartment has been recently renovated and decorated in a stylish and comfortable way. The apartment is ideal for a romantic couple or a small family since it can comfortably accommodate up to four people by using the sofa bed in the living/dining room.
Right after entering the apartment you will find yourself in a cheerful and welcoming living/dining area which includes a comfy sofa and a table with four chairs. Here guests can sit back and relax, between sightseeing bouts, by listening to some music or watching TV. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped so the guests can prepare any meal should they wish to.
The cozy bedroom accommodates a queen sized bed and comes with an armchair and a wardrobe for guests’ belongings. The bathroom is modern and features a shower unit as well as a hairdryer. Bed linens and clean towels are all provided.
The whole apartment is also fitted with air conditioning/heating, wireless internet and double glazed windows to provide the guests with the maximum level of comfort.

The Vatican district is a quite and elegant area of the city centre of Rome adjacent to the Vatican City, the smallest independent country in the world. The area includes such resplendent sights as St. Peter’s Basilica (one of the world’s largest Christian churches), Castel St. Angelo and the astonishing Vatican Museums, one of the most beautiful and popular museums in the world. By crossing the bridge on the Tiber you can easily reach on foot the historical centre of Rome including Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish steps and the Coliseum. Also a five minutes' walk away you will find the charming Prati district: via Cola di Rienzo and Via Crescenzio with their countless boutiques represent a true paradise for shopping lovers.
The area is also very well served by public transports which provide a fast connection to Rome’s major historical sites and districts. The typical Trastevere neighborhood full of trendy bars and quality restaurants is reachable with a 20 minute walk along via della Lungara, once the private street of the Pope. Yet this is another fantastic and convenient location to discover all Rome’s wonders on foot!
