Located on the first floor of an ancient building with elevator, this fantastic three bedroom apartment is the ideal place to stay and immerse yourself in the time-stopping beauty of the eternal city.
The Prestige IV apartment is well-laid-out and consists of a welcoming living room, separate dining room, comfortable kitchen, long hallway, three bathrooms and three cozy bedrooms. The décor is distinguished, with an perfect blending of elegant and comfortable furnishings.
The elegant master bedroom comes with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe for guests’ belongings. The second bedroom is also very elegant and features another double bed and wardrobe. The third bedroom accommodates two single beds and it is also accessible from the second bedroom. The apartment offers also a fourth room which accommodates a desk with three chairs and can be used for reading and studying .
The living room is a bright and inviting space which accommodates a comfortable double sofa, two armchairs and an elegant chest of drawer. Next to the living room you will find the spacious dining room which houses a table with chairs for up to six people. The separate kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all the comforts to make your visit to Rome easy and stress free. Finally, three fresh and simple bathrooms complete the apartment, all of them feature a shower unit, and include fresh towels ready to use upon arrival

Right in the center of Rome, this is the area that, in the 1950s and early 1960s, was the swinging place to be, as the likes of King Farouk, Frank Sinatra, and Anita Ekberg used to hang around here to the delight of the paparazzi. The legendary “Via Veneto” street is still the site of luxury hotels, elegant cafes and sophisticated restaurants. By strolling around this glamorous and strategic location you will be able to visit the Trevi fountain, The Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, the Coliseum, Villa Borghese and many others cultural and historical attractions.
To the south, Via Veneto comes to an end at Piazza Barberini, dominated by the 1642 Triton Fountain (Fontana del Tritone), a baroque celebration with four dolphins holding up an open scallop shell in which a triton sits blowing into a conch. And for your leisure moments, there are many lovely shops, bars and restaurants to explore and discover in this charming area so you do not need to go far to enjoy all that the eternal city has to offer.

the apartment was very well located and also well equiped, meaning there was enough cutlery, plates to cater which is not always the case when in Italy. The beds were comfortable, the sheets clean and big enough; the flat is very spacious and airy; there would be enough room to accommodate 8 people. There is a café literally next door and one of the best gelaterias just a five minute stroll away. Not to mention the many good restaurants just around the corner from the apartment. One feels very secure in this building as there is a complex security system.
