Located on ground floor inside an historical building within the historical center of Rome, the Prestige III apartment has been recently renovated and refurbished using quality materials and fittings.
By blending tasteful and elegant furnishings, modern appliances and parquet wood flooring, this apartment effortlessly creates the perfect union of style and comfort. There is a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe, a dining table with two chairs and a small but functional kitchen, perfectly equipped to ensure the guests can prepare any kind of meal should they wish to. Finally, a spacious and functional bathroom completes the apartment and includes a shower unit as well as fresh towels ready for use upon arrival.

Right in the center of Rome, this is the area that, in the 1950s and early 1960s, was the swinging place to be, as the likes of King Farouk, Frank Sinatra, and Anita Ekberg used to hang around here to the delight of the paparazzi. The legendary “Via Veneto” street is still the site of luxury hotels, elegant cafes and sophisticated restaurants. By strolling around this glamorous and strategic location you will be able to visit the Trevi fountain, The Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, the Coliseum, Villa Borghese and many others cultural and historical attractions.
To the south, Via Veneto comes to an end at Piazza Barberini, dominated by the 1642 Triton Fountain (Fontana del Tritone), a baroque celebration with four dolphins holding up an open scallop shell in which a triton sits blowing into a conch. And for your leisure moments, there are many lovely shops, bars and restaurants to explore and discover in this charming area so you do not need to go far to enjoy all that the eternal city has to offer.

The nice welcome by Mr. Simone, the beautiful entrance of the building, the peace and quiet of the neighbourghood, the nice furniture as well as the location near to all the things we wanted too see. Next time in Rome, we are coming back to this apartment.

L'emplacement, c'est-à-dire la proximité des sites intéressants à Rome. Le responsable de notre arrivée (Emmanuel) a été très accueillant et a pris le temps de nous informer des trucs à faire ou à privilégier lors de nos 3 jours à Rome. Il nous a aussi recommandé de faire le tour de ville avec l'autobus # 110: excellent conseil de sa part. La journée de notre départ, Emmanuel était pile à l'heure.

la situation de l'appartement proche du centre historique l'aménagement ainsi que l'accueil ,en particulier le très bon contact avec Manuel . Manuel s'est occupé de nous réserver un taxi pour l'aéroport ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié .
