The apartment:
Located on the second floor of an ancient building with elevator, this fantastic three bedroom apartment has recently undergone a full renovation using quality materials and fittings.
The Europa I apartment is well-laid-out and consists of a long hallway, a welcoming living/dining area, two design bathrooms and three spacious bedrooms. The décor is distinguished, with an elegant blending of stylish and comfortable furnishings. The large windows provide excellent and abundant natural light and create a very warm and special atmosphere.
Two bedrooms of this lovely apartment comes with comfortable and stylish leather double beds, a chest of drawers and a spacious wardrobe for guests’ belongings. The third bedroom, which features two single beds, is on a mezzanine level situated above the living area and it is accessible through an iron and wood stairs.
The welcoming living/dining area is extremely bright and comfortable, inviting for convivial relaxation. It features an armchair, a modern dining table with chairs, flat screen TV and a double sofa bed which provides additional sleeping space for the 7th and 8th guest. The open kitchen is modern and functional and completely outfitted for cooks of all kinds. Finally, two beautifully designed bathrooms complete the apartment, one with a shower cabinet and another one with a bathtub/shower unit, and include fresh towels ready to use upon arrival.

Right in the center of Rome, this is the area that, in the 1950s and early 1960s, was the swinging place to be, as the likes of King Farouk, Frank Sinatra, and Anita Ekberg used to hang around here to the delight of the paparazzi. The legendary “Via Veneto” street is still the site of luxury hotels, elegant cafes and sophisticated restaurants. By strolling around this glamorous and strategic location you will be able to visit the Trevi fountain, The Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, the Coliseum, Villa Borghese and many others cultural and historical attractions.
To the south, Via Veneto comes to an end at Piazza Barberini, dominated by the 1642 Triton Fountain (Fontana del Tritone), a baroque celebration with four dolphins holding up an open scallop shell in which a triton sits blowing into a conch. And for your leisure moments, there are many lovely shops, bars and restaurants to explore and discover in this charming area so you do not need to go far to enjoy all that the eternal city has to offer.

The Europa I is in a nice area very close to the train station and walkable to Villa Borghese, Via Veneto, Trevi, Pantheon, MACRO (try Montecarlo for lunch on the walk back), restaurants (Annicinquanta had great pizza), and public transportation. The apartment is beautiful and spacious and the two full bedrooms and bathrooms at opposite ends of the living area offered a lot of private space.
