The apartment:

Located on the first floor of a building with elevator, this special apartment stands out thanks to its exceptional location within a stunning private park, absolutely quiet and exclusive, just outside the historical center of Rome.

The Park apartment is well-laid-out and consists of a spacious entry, enormous living room, separate dining room, comfortable kitchen, two bathrooms, one small half bathroom and three cozy bedrooms. The décor is distinguished, with an elegant blending of stylish and comfortable furnishings.

The elegant master bedroom comes with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe for guests’ belongings. The second bedroom is also very elegant and features an iron double bed and an armchair. The third bedroom accommodates a single bed, a desk with a chair and another wardrobe.

The large living room is extremely bright and comfortable, inviting for convivial relaxation. This welcoming area is also blessed by an abundance of natural light – an explosion of good cheer all day long! It features an elegant chaise longue, an stylish glass dining table with chairs, TV and a double sofa bed which provides additional sleeping space for the 6th and 7th guest. The living room leads out onto a lovely and large balcony with astonishing views of an internal private park. It’s an incredible treat to enjoy your breakfast or just to relax by having a drink in this little private paradise.

The kitchen is large and functional and completely outfitted for cooks of all kinds. Next to it, you can find a classic and comfortable dining room with seating space for up to 7 guests. Finally, two fresh and simple bathrooms complete the apartment, one with a shower unit and another one with a bath and a separate shower unit, and include fresh towels ready to use upon arrival. The apartment also features a small half bathroom, with sink, toilet and small bath/shower unit located next to the kitchen and dining area.

This apartment also has air conditioning (just in the master bedroom) and autonomous heating to provide the guests with the maximum level of comfort.

The Trieste/Salario district is a beautiful and elegant residential area just outside of Rome’s historical center, full of historical villas and wonderful foreign embassy buildings and it is recommended for all those who want to stay away from the bustling city center.

However, the peaceful surroundings do not sacrifice accessibility to your list of Rome must-sees as the area is very well served by public transportation which provides fast connections to any historical site and district of Rome including the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, the Coliseum, the Vatican and the bohemian neighborhood of Trastevere. In this area it is located the famous Saint Lawrence outside the Walls — one of the most important basilica churches and one of the Seven Pilgrim Churches of Rome.
Nowadays, the district is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Rome and has everything you need to make your stay in the eternal city truly memorable.
