The apartment:

Located on the fifth floor of a building with elevator, this really lovely one bedroom apartment offers the guests a high quality, warm and welcoming accommodation during their visit to Rome... High-style fittings, golden wood floors, large and bright windows and high ceilings with beams give the Erida apartment its one-of-a-kind feeling.

On entering the apartment you will find the spacious and lovely living room which is a perfect place to relax all your senses after a day of city adventuring. This living area is bright and cheerful thanks to abundant natural light coming from the big windows. It features two comfy sofas, one of which has a pull out bed to provide sleeping space for the third and fourth guests, a dining table, 42" flat TV and ample wardrobe space for guests’ belongings. The living room leads out onto a tiny but charming terrace which has been furnished with table and seatings for 2 guests...It’s an incredible treat to enjoy your breakfast or a romantic dinner al fresco in this little private paradise. The open kitchen comes fully equipped with everything the guests might need to prepare a meal or snacks.

Above, nested on the mezzanine level accessible by a wooden staircase, you will find the bedroom which houses a comfortable double bed. Next to the bedroom, charm and sobriety have gone into the creation of the enjoyable bathroom which offers a shower unit.

The Erida apartment also includes AC/heat, satellite TV and wireless internet to provide the guests with the maximum level of comfort.

The location of the apartment is perfect.It is a very quiet apartment. The equipment is well equipped and spacious.The bed is very good Washingmachine with dryer is super. The brightness, thanks to the windows at both sides, is lovely.  Al the instructionpapers are at hand. Simone is punctual and very kind and helpful,for instance installing the wifi. Transfers from and to the airport were perfectly arranged.

Situation parfaite entre deux stations de métro avec possibilité de rejoindre à pied une bonne partie des sites touristiques de la ville. Quartier agréable et sécuritaire. Charmante petite terrasse. Lit confortable. Petit problème avec l'air climatisé qui a été résolu TRÈS rapidement par le sympathique propriétaire des lieux. Nous y logerions de nouveau avec plaisir.

Alle Menschen, mit denen wir zu tun hatten, waren freundlich und pünktlich. Nette Einweisung. Die Lage war super. Die Wohnung war hell und für die Lage im Herzen Roms sehr leise. Die Terasse war sehr nett. Die Lage im 4. Stock gibt sogar so manchen schönen Ausblick und macht die Wohnung hell. Fenster nach 2 verschiedenen Seiten. Das Bett war sehr bequem und groß, leider sind die Balken beim Bett sehr niedrig, was schon mal zu kleinen Zusammenstößen führte. Es gab sogar eine Spülmaschine und einen Backofen. Prima, wenn man zu viert mit Kindern reist.  Es gab einen großen Fernseher mit zumindest einem deutschen Programm. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder anmieten, falls wir nach Rom kommen.

Location was awesome, great place to check out Rome. We were able to walk everywhere. Cossy and quiet and in the middle of everything, we would definitely come and stay in this apartment again. Manuel was very pleasant and fun and helped us get set up to explore the city

The view from the apartment and the location. Check-in and Check-out guys were very friendly and made it possible, to check in a little bit earlier as well as check out a little bit later due to our flight times.
