A bright and charming apartment located in a quiet residential area of central Rome.
This spacious one bedroom apartment is located in a quiet and charming area of central Rome and the old part of town is extremely accessible by the public transportation system in less than 10 minutes, so you are never far from the hustle and bustle of downtown Rome....on top of it, the famous Villa Borghese and Via Veneto are only few blocks away from the Costantino Apartment. This apartment has all that one would hope for in terms of location, brightness, peace, comfort and style.
The apartment:
This charming one bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 16th-century building with elevator (although the elevator stops on the first floor and there are 12 steps to reach the apartment) and it has been recently renovated using quality materials. The interior style of the Costantino apartment is decidedly contemporary, yet with a timeless elegance. Guests will feel completely at ease from the moment they walk in, thanks to the captivating and warm atmosphere.
The master bedroom is very spacious and it comes with a double queen size bed and ample wardrobe space for the guests’ belongings. Overlooking the beautiful garden of Villa Albani, this is a superb room for relaxing in. In this bedroom you can also find a pouf-bed which provides additional sleeping space for one more person (preferably a child).
The living room is small but it is also a very welcoming and inviting area where guests can relax after a hard day of sightseeing and shopping. It includes a comfortable trundle sofa bed (which unfolds into two single beds) suitable for the 3rd or 4th guests, a TV and additional cupboard space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons should the guests choose to prepare a meal at some point during the stay. Here you will also find a dining table and four chairs. Finally, two beautifully designed bathrooms complete this fantastic apartment. Both of them include a shower unit and fresh towels ready to use upon your arrival.
The apartment also comes with central heating and AC to guarantee maximum levels of comfort.
With its tasteful décor and quality furnishings, The Costantino apartment is a fantastic choice for a couple or a small family who want to explore Rome in a truly relaxed way and feel like a native while doing so.
Trieste / Salario
The Trieste/Salario district is a beautiful and elegant residential area just outside of Rome’s historical center, full of historical villas and wonderful foreign embassy buildings and it is recommended for all those who want to stay away from the bustling city center.
However, the peaceful surroundings do not sacrifice accessibility to your list of Rome must-sees as the area is very well served by public transportation which provides fast connections to any historical site and district of Rome including the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, the Coliseum, the Vatican and the bohemian neighborhood of Trastevere. In this area it is located the famous Saint Lawrence outside the Walls — one of the most important basilica churches and one of the Seven Pilgrim Churches of Rome.
Nowadays, the district is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Rome and has everything you need to make your stay in the eternal city truly memorable.
