The Fortuna apartment is situated in a residential area of the city centre of Rome, just a 10 minute walk from St. Peter’s Basilica and the astonishing Vatican Museum, one of the most beautiful and popular museums in the world.
By crossing the bridge on the Tiber you can easily reach on foot the historical centre of Rome including Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish steps and the Coliseum. Also a five minutes' walk away guests are treated to the charming Prati district, adjacent to the Vatican: via Cola di Rienzo and Via Crescenzio with their countless boutiques represent a true paradise for shopping lovers.
The apartment is also close to St. Peter railway station and Ottaviano underground station which provide a fast connection to Rome’s major historical sites and districts. The area is also very well served by buses if you want to enjoy more panoramic journeys. The typical Trastevere neighborhood full of trendy bars and quality restaurants is reachable with a 20 minute walk along via della Lungara, once the private street of the Pope.

Located on the first floor of a modern building with elevator, the Fortuna apartment has been recently renovated and refurbished with stylish and comfortable furniture. The contemporary yet cozy décor is well executed and creates an enjoyable and convenient living space.
This lovely apartment comprises of a welcoming and sunny living room which includes a comfortable angular sofa bed, where the 3rd and 4th guest can sleep. This is a perfect place for guests to sit back and relax, after a day of city adventuring, while watching TV or planning visits for the following day.
The bedroom offers a double bed and an ample wardrobe for guests’ belongings. The kitchen is new and modern and comes fully equipped with everything guests may need for daily living . From the kitchen you can access a private balcony which makes a great excuse for a sunny outdoor breakfast or a romantic dinner al fresco….The bathroom is fresh and simple in look, and comes with a bathtub/shower unit as well as a hairdryer. Bed linens and fresh towels are all provided.
The whole apartment is fitted with central heating, satellite TV, and wireless internet to provide the guests with the maximum level of comfort.

Please note that this apartment is close to the St. Peter train station. Thanks to the double glazed windows, it is not particularly noisy although you can hear the trains when they pass by. The St. Peter station closes at around 23.
