This fantastic apartment is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful XVII century building with elevator. The Mirto apartment has been recently renovated and refurbished from floor to ceiling using high quality furnishings and accessories.
On entering the apartment you will find the lovely living room which stands out thanks to its incredible ceilings made out of rustic bricks giving a feel of warmth to the room, while the beautiful white parquet that lines the floor of the entire apartment adds a stylish and modern charm. It is really a pleasure to relax in this cozy yet comfortable area after a hard day of sightseeing and shopping…this welcoming room includes a comfortable double sofa, flat TV with DVD and a dining table with four chairs. From the living room a small hallway leads you to the other beautiful rooms of this fantastic apartment. The master bedroom accommodates a comfortable double bed (140x190 cm) and ample clothes storage is provided by a walk in closet and a modern chest of drawers. The beautifully designed bathroom includes a shower unit and fresh towels ready to use upon you arrival. Finally, the kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with anything you might need for daily living.
The apartment also has air conditioning, heating, and wireless internet to ensure the guests a maximum level of comfort. Whether your visit is for business or pleasure - or a bit of both – the Mirto apartment is a fantastic place to absorb the pleasure of the very best of Rome!

Prati
Located between the Vatican City and Piazza del Popolo, the Prati district, is one of the most elegant, quite and charming area in Rome. This residential area is distinguished by its tree-lined streets and historic buildings constructed in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s. Furthermore, the adjacent Via Cola di Rienzo and Via Crescenzio with their countless boutiques represent a true paradise for shopping lovers.
You will be only few minutes waling from Castel St. Angelo, St. Peter’s Basilica and the astonishing Vatican museums, one of the most beautiful and popular museums in the world. By crossing the nearby bridge over the Tiber River you will shortly reach on foot the incredible Villa Borghese Park as well as the nerve of the historical centre of the city, including Piazza del Popolo, The Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and the Spanish Steps.
The area is also very well served by public transports and there are numerous nice shops, bars and restaurants. We would warmly recommend a stay here, in one of Rome' most charming locations!
