Gorgeous apartment with terrace with a great location: just between Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps!

This great one bedroom apartment is located in the most desirable and sought-after neighborhood in Rome, just a few minutes away from the Spanish Steps. Despite its central location, the Lilium apartment is very quiet and features a fantastic terrace. It is definitely a great choice for any guest looking to relax and enjoy some peaceful rest after a hard day of sightseeing!!

The apartment:

Located on the third floor of a prestigious building without elevator, The Lilium apartment is a modern and elegant accommodation and it represents a wonderful choice for a romantic couple or a small family visiting Rome.

This great apartment is comprised of a cheerful and sunny living room which includes a comfortable sofa, where the 3rd and 4th guests can sleep, and a table with four chairs. This is a lovely area for guests to sit back and relax, between sightseeing bouts, by watching some TV, or catching a movie on the DVD. The living room opens up onto a fantastic terrace (approximately 20 m2) which makes a great excuse for a sunny outdoor breakfast or a romantic dinner al fresco. The terrace has been furnished with table and seating for 4 guests as well as two sun loungers…undoubtedly a truly wonderful feature of this apartment!

The bedroom is bright and offers a double bed and a chest of drawers for guests’ belongings. The kitchen is modern and comes fully equipped with everything the guest might need to prepare a meal or some snacks....The bathroom has been recently renovated and comes with a bath/shower unit as well as a hairdryer. Bed linens and fresh towels are all provided.

For those who value location, comfort and quietness, the Lilium apartment is home sweet home in Rome!

The location was amazing...absolute joy! close to everything that Rome has to offer...we were able to walk everywhere. The terrace was a haven of peace and cool after a hot day...we loved it.

Das Appartment liegt sehr zentral. Es ist eine Oase der Ruhe in dieser tollen, quirligen Stadt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

The apartment is a few minutes walk to Piazza del Popolo and the Spanisch stairs, so very central. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We could leave our luggage at the apartment before we could check in and on the day we left the doorman watched over our bags until we left for the airport. There were nice fresh flowers (lilies) to welcome us. We had a great time here!

Freundlicher Empfang. Notwendigste Nahrungsmittel waren zum Gebrauch vorhanden - wir empfanden dies ausserordentlich. Einrichtung war zweckmässig und sehr sauber. Zentrale Lage.
