This is a lovely area for guests to sit back and relax, between sightseeing bouts, by watching some TV, or catching a movie on the DVD. The living room opens up onto a fantastic terrace (approximately 20 m2) which makes a great excuse for a sunny outdoor breakfast or a romantic dinner al fresco. The terrace has been furnished with table and seating for 4 guests as well as two sun loungers…undoubtedly a truly wonderful feature of this apartment!

The bedroom is bright and offers a double bed and a chest of drawers for guests’ belongings. The kitchen is modern and comes fully equipped with everything the guest might need to prepare a meal or some snacks....The bathroom has been recently renovated and comes with a bath/shower unit as well as a hairdryer. Bed linens and fresh towels are all provided.
