The Tulipano apartment is definitely a great spot from which to map out daily jaunts and explore all that this fantastic city has to offer. Whilst not in the historical center of Rome, the apartment is located in a central area which is very well served by public transportation (the metro stop “Bologna” is just few meters from the apartment) to allow its guests to quickly reach any cultural and historical attractions of Rome must-sees.

On the 9th floor of a building with elevator, the Tulipano apartment is located in Piazza Bologna, a residential area only few metro stops away from the historical center of Rome.

The Tulipano apartment offers two spacious and inviting bedrooms as well as two modern and fresh bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a double queen sized bed while the second bedroom contains two single beds. The decor of each bedroom has been kept tasteful and modern, and there are large wardrobes in both bedrooms so that all guests will have plenty of room for their belongings. The two full bathrooms have been recently renovated and include a shower unit and fresh towels ready to use upon arrival.

The bright living room includes a comfy double sofa bed where the fifth and sixth guests can sleep, a dining table with chairs and a plasma TV; this is an enjoyable place to sit back and relax after a hard day of sightseeing or perhaps before heading out to explore Rome by night. The open kitchen is new and modern and comes fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, and freezer to ensure the guests can prepare any kind of meal should they wish to.

The whole apartment is also fitted with air conditioning, central heating, satellite TV, and wireless internet to provide the guests with the maximum level of comfort.

The Tulipano apartment is one of two apartments in this building; its sister apartment is the Amaranto (located next door on the same floor). So it could be perfect for a family gathering or a group of friends (up to 12 people) looking to spend a quiet and quality filled break in Rome.

From its convenient location to its modern and comfortable interiors, the Tulipano apartment will guarantee a special and memorable stay in the eternal city.

Trieste / Salario

The Trieste/Salario district is a beautiful and elegant residential area just outside of Rome’s historical center, full of historical villas and wonderful foreign embassy buildings and it is recommended for all those who want to stay away from the bustling city center.

However, the peaceful surroundings do not sacrifice accessibility to your list of Rome must-sees as the area is very well served by public transportation which provides fast connections to any historical site and district of Rome including the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, the Coliseum, the Vatican and the bohemian neighborhood of Trastevere. In this area it is located the famous Saint Lawrence outside the Walls — one of the most important basilica churches and one of the Seven Pilgrim Churches of Rome.
Nowadays, the district is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Rome and has everything you need to make your stay in the eternal city truly memorable.

    Outre bien sûr la propreté des lieux et l'environnement qui était très bien, la proximité de l'arrêt d'autobus et du métro ( Bologna ) à moins d'une minute de marche est un avantage très marqué pour des touristes comme nous. La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel ont été aussi très appréciées. Merci beaucoup, d'avoir contribué à notre beau voyage en Italie.     The apartment was very well located next to a metro station which made our lives much easier. It looked reasonably the same as the pictures although a little bit older but was very nice nonetheless. It had two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We would recommend this apartment.
