Located on the 4nd floor of an historical building with elevator (although you have to walk up a small flight of stairs to reach the penthouse), the Cloe Apartment is an elegant and perfectly organised space with a lot of natural light coming from the windows overlooking the characteristic rooftops of the historical center of Rome.
By blending tasteful and quality furnishings, modern appliances and parquet wood flooring, this apartment effortlessly creates the perfect union of style and comfort. The sleeping area houses a black leather double bed and next to it a small dressing room for guests belongings. The studio faces the internal courtyard, ensuring remarkably peaceful nights. The living room is spacious and cozy and includes a round white table with three chairs, a feature fireplace (non-functioning), a flat screen TV with satellite and a comfortable single sofa bed suitable for the 3rd guest. The living room leads out onto a lovely small terrace with exceptional views of Rome. It’s an incredible treat to enjoy your breakfast or just to sip a glass of your favourite Italian wine in this little private paradise…
The kitchen is separate from the living area, and is fully equipped to ensure the guests can prepare any kind of meal should they wish to. Finally, a beautiful and functional bathroom completes the apartment and includes a small bathtub/shower and fresh towels ready to use upon arrival. The whole apartment is fitted with air conditioning and central heating.
