This one bedroom apartment has been very tastefully decorated in an elegant style, ensuring the comfort of the guests while at the same time creating a very welcoming atmosphere. Located in a central area close to the St. Peter’s Basilica, the Aurora II apartment is a fantastic choice for visiting with friends or family and discovering the treasures of the eternal city.

Located on the first floor of a building with elevator, this lovely one bedroom apartment offers the guests a quality and welcoming accommodation during their visit to Rome. The décor is colorful, warm and inviting with an elegant blend of stylish and comfortable furnishings.
This great apartment comprises of a glamorous and bright bedroom which includes a double bed and a TV. The living room is a perfect place to enjoy some quiet and relaxing moments after a day of city adventure. It comes with a dining table, a wardrobe cabinet for the guests' belongings and two comfy sofa beds and a pouf bed which could provide additional sleeping space for the third, fourth and fifth guest.
The kitchen is small but functional and perfectly equipped so the guests can prepare any meal should they wish to. The bathroom with shower is warm and elegant along the same style as the entire apartment. The apartment comes with central heating and AC (in the bedroom) to guarantee maximum levels of comfort.
The Aurora II apartment is one of two apartments in this building; its sister apartment is Aurora I (located next door on the same floor). So it could be perfect for a family gathering or a group of friends (up to 7 people) looking to spend a quiet and quality filled break in Rome.
With its central location and its emphasis on comfort and style, the Aurora II apartment is an excellent home base for sightseeing and shopping trips to any of Rome’s most popular neighborhoods.
Please note that this apartment is close to the St. Peter train station. Thanks to the double glazed windows, it is not particularly noisy although you can hear the trains when they pass by. The St. Peter station closes at around 23.

The Vatican district is a quite and elegant area of the city centre of Rome adjacent to the Vatican City, the smallest independent country in the world. The area includes such resplendent sights as St. Peter’s Basilica (one of the world’s largest Christian churches), Castel St. Angelo and the astonishing Vatican Museums, one of the most beautiful and popular museums in the world. By crossing the bridge on the Tiber you can easily reach on foot the historical centre of Rome including Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish steps and the Coliseum. Also a five minutes' walk away you will find the charming Prati district: via Cola di Rienzo and Via Crescenzio with their countless boutiques represent a true paradise for shopping lovers.
The area is also very well served by public transports which provide a fast connection to Rome’s major historical sites and districts. The typical Trastevere neighborhood full of trendy bars and quality restaurants is reachable with a 20 minute walk along via della Lungara, once the private street of the Pope. Yet this is another fantastic and convenient location to discover all Rome’s wonders on foot!

Das Apartment ist in einer sehr netten Wohngegend. Bäckerei, Salameria und Enotheka ist gleich im Nachbarhaus, ein sehr netter Markt nur 2 Minuten zu Fuss vom Apartment. Ich kann das Apartment jedem empfehlen und würde sofort wieder dort hin.

Het appartement is zeker goed bevallen aangezien het op loopafstand van het Vaticaan lag. Bovendien was het ruim genoeg voor 4 personen, de bedden waren goed en het appartement was schoon. De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding was goed.

Wir waren betroffen von der Flugannullierung wegen Vulkanasche und sind deshalb mit dem Auto angereist. Die Vermieterin stand ständig in Kontakt mit uns und war zur Stelle, als wir um einen Tag verspätet in Rom ankamen. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung in die Innenstadt. Die Bahn hört man zwar, aber nachts fährt sie nicht und somit hat man eine ungestörte Nachtruhe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden beim nächsten Rom-Besuch gerne wieder das Appartement buchen.

The location of the apartment was very good and arranging the check in and check out was very straight forward. Also the apartment was clean.
The apartment was nice and spacious but not as modern and well-equipped as the last friendly rentals apartment we stayed in in Madrid. Another mirror outside of the bathroom and a kettle would have been useful. But overall, we were pleased with it.
