Located on the fifth floor of a building with elevator, this three bedroom apartment has recently undergone a full renovation from floor to ceiling, using high-quality materials, fittings and furnishings.
There is so much making this apartment special. There are the big light-endowing windows. There are the great design and architectural details. Not to forget the spectacular terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast, a candelight dinner or just chill out after a long day of sightseeing...undoubtedly a true luxury in the heart of Rome!
The entrance of the Tosca apartment opens onto the living room which immediately envelops you with its warm and welcoming aura. In this area you will also find two comfortable sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed where the 7th and 8th guest could sleep, and an elegant dining table with six chairs. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped to be an excellent laboratory for the “vacation chef”.
From the living room a small hallway will lead to you to the other precious rooms of this fantastic apartment. The master bedroom accommodates a double bed and a built-in wardrobe to store guests’ belongings. While the second and third bedroom both feature two single beds. Finally, the two bathrooms are new and modern, one with shower and another one with both a bathtub and a shower unit. This district is one of the most beautiful and magical part of the city, as this is the area which was the economic, social and political centre of Rome during the imperial period: the Roman Forum.
Walking down the astonishing Via dei Fori Imperiali you will then reach the greatest amphitheatre of the antiquity, the Coliseum. Built about 1920 years ago and used for gladiatorial contests and public spectacles, the Coliseum is considered an architectural and engineering wonder, and remains a standing proof of both the grandeur and the cruelty of the Roman Empire.

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Very secure and quiet for central Rome. Supermarket next door open till 8, Sunday 9-2. Good local restaurants and takeaways, prices less than other tourist areas in Rome. Taxi rank 5 minutes from apartment. Some taxis take 5 passengers, cost to the Vatican 12 Euros. Walk to Colesseum entrance less than 10 mins. Two local churches not to miss; Basilica of San Clemente and Basilica of St John Lateran. Another 15 mins walk away is San Pietro in Vincoli.

Très bel appartement, lumineux et très bien équipé. Pratique même à 7 personnes nous y étions à l aise. La climatisation fonctionne bien. Belle terrasse mais nous l avons peu utilisée à cause de la chaleur. Bien situé derrière le Colysée, métro et bus notamment 81 et 117 très pratiques. Station de taxi tout près. Petits restaurants sympathiques ( éviter les attrapes- touristes en face du Colysee). Pour les courses, il y a des supérettes tout près.

The terrace! with such lovely weather this was a winner with us; the location - so close to the Colosseum and the metro and fantastic restaurants - try Luzzi's just down the road, always a queue and basic but worth the wait. Fabulously easy check in and out - able to book in early and leave late so made the most of our 5 days there.

The place was very well maintained and spacious. Furhter it actually looked just like the photos. The balcony was wonderful and we used it every day. The neighborhood was great, too. Several coffee bars, wine bars and grocery stores. An added bonus, FRancesco the property manager was very flexible and quite knowledgeable concerning Rome generally and our neighborhoood specifically.

Terrace is beautiful, large apartment, close to good restaurants. Nicely designed and easily accomodated 6 adults and a child. Very nice and helpful owner who could not have been more charming. Despite apartment being booked on the day helped us store our luggage on day of check out as we all had late flights.

EVERYTHING! The location was awesome - steps away from the Coliseum, taxi stand, grocery, and (most importantly) Gelato! Kitchen was extremely well stocked and bathrooms had full showers, which is very hard to find. Of course, the terrace is beautiful. Positively perfect apartment.

L'appartement est très spacieux, très clair et très confortable. LA rénovation est très récente. La terrasse est réellement un plus. Sa situation à l'arrière du Colisée, donnant sur un grand parc, est très appréciable, notamment par temps très chaud. Sa position géographique permet de visiter Rome à pied et avec les transports en commun. Le parking est un plus.
